Went to collect our order and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Geoffrey Kay Kansomba and Byron Rautenbach. What a pleasure. They made my day. Very efficient and friendly. Hands on, which we don't find that today. Thank you so much for an awesome and amazing experience.
Previous sales guy decided to take day off leaving me in limbo. New Sales Representative Thabang Magano has done great. The systems are a bit slow but thorough. He is pleasant and professional
Their contractors are apauling, we have just had our whole DB rewired after tons of telephone calls, they never inspected the property before installation, they came to fix 1 problem to cause another. What a useless bunch of contractors. They definitely bought their "Electrical Certificates". I am going to report them to the SA Electrical Board and have their certifications revoked". The other thing is they issued a COC without the installation being completed. That's how *********** they are.
I have shopped at alot of places, But this shop is so amazing. Quality products. Amazing staff and the prices are good. I strongly believe you pay for what you get. Very true
Very quick to take deposit, ***** up on paperwork i.e : Uber Inspection Report, cost me 5 days of loss of income, 2 additional inspections. 1 I had to pay for because someone at their offices scewed up and now they wont take responsibility or accountability for their actions. Car broke down twice in 2 days of each other. They don't return calls, reply to emails and their service is non existant.
After buying a vehicle, this particular Sales Representative failed to forward all relevant documents through to customer service with change if ownership with regards to car service plan and extended warranty. Needless to say, the alternator has packed up and I am unable to work resulting me in loosing a potential income of R100 000. He is not to bothered either, basically he just doesn't give a damn. Now if this guy had done what was supposed have happened, I wouldn't be in this predicament in the first place.
It saddens me to advise all that I did deliveries urgently for Wumdrop. Training done via Telegram app as deliveries were URGENT. I dropped everything and delivered same day. I was requested to go to another area to fetch and deliver to find out that they short paid me. A supplier gave the wrong address. I had to go and fetch the parcel and redeliver. I was told that I would be funded for extra mileage, this was conveniencely forgotten. The spreadsheet that was sent is misleading as I took my deliveries and did the calculation myself. I have queried this since Sunday and now I am being avoided. A delivery I did over the week end was delivered and signed for. The amount they gave me and the amount I should get paid in almost R300 difference. I have was told to rush back to store to fetch another delivery to be told when I got back that the orders are finished for the night and the store closed. I just find them very frustrating, inefficient and unprofessional. I wonder if I am ever going to get the money that was SHORT paid to me. Over R1000. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AS EITHER COURIERS OR CONTRACTORS FIR DRIVERS. THE END
