I ordered in January, even now i havent heared anything from these guys Should I just forget about my kit or what should we do Can someone please assist
On 20 of December 2021, I order on the Pick n Pay asap! app, i took almost 8 hours for the order to be delivered and when it was delivered some items were missing I have been sending emails and reported this on their app but still, I did not receive what was not delivered or a refund for this This is very disappointing
ON the 21 of August someone whom I believe is from cell c requested an upgrade on my behalf, luckily I received an SMS stating that my upgrade was successful I then contacted Cell C to inform them that I did not request an upgrade. I was then told that they will look into this and let me know. On Monday the 24, I received a call from one of their stupid agents to ask me if I received the phone in good condition when I asked what phone she couldn't give me an answer I then asked her to whom did they deliver the phone too, then she gave me a lame explanation that they had emailed the Currie service not to deliver the phone as she can see that I had told them that I did not request the upgrade. Then they told me that they will reverse the upgrade then when my bill came it was more than what I usually pay them. I contacted them again to ask what was happening then I was told a credit will be applied to my account so I shouldn't worry. i was then debited the wrong amount I followed up with them since the 21 of August, then September now its October but my issue hasn't been resolved. and calling the call center is just a waste of time they are useless and stupid. my next step is to try and go to a shop and close all contacts I have with them because this is tiring
I last hand a contract with Telkom in 2015 or 2016, They deducting my account I have been just reversing the debit orders as I have no knowledge of them, but after today and noticing that they are an account that has been added to my credit report i just want them to know that i am tired of them, even last time i end up paying for services i was not receiving. Please kindly fix this as soon as possible
They call people to offer them car insurance without even checking if they own one
Around july they was a phone which was deliver by MTN at my work place and i told them i did not order any phone and they should take it back with them which they did they i called to try and understand what was happening and to make sure that i did not order any phone Then now i am being debited for the same phone i did not order and a phone i am not using when i call i am being told to call with a MTN number i don't have a MTN number, i used a friends phone to call they was told to make an affidavit and send but the reply i am getting is still to send an affidavit after i have sent it. Can they please stop debiting me for something i don't know please
