I have paid my account in full and yet they have disconnected my power supply for the past 2 weeks. This is the worst sevice provider I've ever come across. I've sent sms, and escalated emails to no avail. Terrible service. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
My son bought online. His order number is 112-7677467-3111462. When he enquired about the delivery or cancellation after a long wait, he was totally ignored. There's only email communication but no contact numbers. Be careful when you buy from Amazon, you might be ****med.
The professionalism of Yochai landscaping is impressive. He changed my front garden into a beauty. They did a fantastic job. Very happy with their service.
I recently signed up for Internet connection. I had a few problems with the process. The consultant by name of Thumeka really went out of her way to assist me. She would call me and explain things clearly. I was very impressed with her service and it's unusual these days to receive excellent service. I hope Vodacom will take care of employees like this outstanding lady. Well done Thumeka.
I've been taking my car for service to Volvo Auckland Park, for the past 7 years. I've been very happy with their service until recently when something that has sentimental value to me was ****** from my car. I did inform them and they promised to contact me once they've done some investigation. A month later, nothing has been done and nobody got back to me. I'm wondering whether to continue with their service or tae my car somewhere else.
I was on hold for more than 30 minutes. When the call was finally answered, the agent tried to help me but when he was busy giving me instructions of how to solve my router problem, the call was cut off. I was out out airtime. I spent R150 worth of airtime on that call, and I did not receive a call back from Mweb when my call was cut off. Please treat your paying customers with kindness.
Woolworths Cedar Square has forgotten about customer service. We are here at 12h31 and there are 2 cashiers at trolley queue and 1 cashier at hand basket queue. No one cares to explain what the problem is. We've been waiting for quite a long time. Please improve.
I've just been on the call with momentum health. They put me on the call for more than 15 minutes without helping me with my cholesterol code for dischem. What an appalling service for a health care provider. Please take care of the people who pay their monthly premiums and make your business sustainable.
The consultant on the phone had an unpleasant attitude and later transferred my call where I was made to wait for more that 5 minutes. Please be kind to your customers especially with the kind of service you provide.
The staff is well trained and the food is of high quality. Please don't drop your standard. Keep up the good work
