They are the worst service provider I ever dealt with. I spent so many hours on the phone with them trying to track my upgrade phone. Did my upgrade on the 29/11/2024 and was told on the 30/12/2024 that the information when my upgrade was done was entered incorrectly hence that is the reason i didnt receive the phone and it was a black friday special and the issue cant be corrected on the system as the deal expired. The service from managers right down to the sale agents and customer service sucks. Its so pathetic that all of them need to go for training and make sure they understand that their job is to ensure that they give the customer the best service and the customer is satisfied. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and its very sad how they disappoint their customers.
I did an upgrade on the 29th November... telkom uses Skynet as their courier company... the parcel was delivered to skynet durban on the 4th December... it's the 18th December and after numerous calls to telkom requesting assistance to track and deliver my phone... still no phone and it just leaves me a very very angry customer. All the customer service agents do is escalate the issue and nothing else .. When I ask to speak to someone higher so that they can assist I am told it's against company policy... they can only mail the team leader and ask them to call me. It's really really sad the service customers get. Personally I would not recommend telkom to anyone... their customer service sucks and they are well aware that sky net courier company is an issue but they still use them and continue to frustrate their customers ...
They are the most unreliable,useless and unprofessional courier company I have ever dealt with. You receive an sms informing you about your parcel... it's been a week and no delivery.. You call the numbers to follow up and they just ring and cut off... you try and communicate via whatsapp and the reply takes forever.... Telkom and all the big service providers need to stop using them as we land up becoming very frustrated customers. @skynet you'll need to really up your services
My son was admitted at the Chatsmed Garden hospital.I had to pay a co payment in order for him to be admitted. A CT scan was required to be done by his specialist and that I also had to pay a co payment for. he was hospitalised 3 weeks ago and I havnt received the hospital bill yet even though I phone the hospital number I am put through to every dept but the accounts dept or reception. this is not acceptable as I need to do a claim for the extra costs that my med aid didn't pay for and time is running out.
Hi i just got a new contract with Telkom Mobile on the 23/02/18.I asked them to please port my prepaid 084 number to telkom.Its 1 week already and still the porting hasnt happened and i carry around 2 phones.When i try and get ahold of the call centre the phones just ring and no answer.i went to the Telkom mobile store and they said 48 hours time the porting will happen and still nothing.I am starting to regret taking a contract with Telkom and also they have some policy of 7 days where you test the performance of the phone and if it is faulty you take it back to the store.i however cant do that and test the performance because of the porting. Telkom's customer base has increased over the years but they cant answer our calls or help us when we need the help. i am trully disappointed with the services i am receiving.... would not recommend anyone to take a contract with them
i have been a faithful Cell c Customer for the past 14 yrs.they make changes to their products without even advising their customers. I am talking about their Whatsapp bundle which was R5.00 when it just came out and is now R12.00.We as customers use to get 1.2GB data to use and as of 1/10/2017 we still paying R12.00 but now get 60MB.This is totally unacceptable as the price stays the same but we getting less for our money. i will definitely be changing my network cause this is daylight robbery.
we went to the Britannia Restaurant on the 09/09/17 as my JHB family was craving a lovely Durban mutton bunny.worst choice ever to go to this place.so we enter the place and all the tables have reserved signs.so this guy comes and seats us and say they are very busy hence the reserved signs.so he doesn't give us a break to choose what exactly we want and comes back and forth rushing to take our order and says "we wont be disappointed with our order".when the meal comes the bunnys have majority bones and the base is soaked in oil... definitely not a good experience.i don't understand what is the hype about this place.
