Their service is stupid, wont accept my driver’s license as a ID. This is my legal Identification. It is a picture ID. By law its a valid proof of identification. Im not leaving this and will take it further. In the past my Drivers was accepted for my Vodacom order.
Submitted a claim. They requested all the documents for my grandmothers insurance claim. Took a while but got it all to them on the 21st Dec 2020. It’s not 2 months later and they are still confirming documents. Thanks as we have been ignored when we call. The assessor has been avoiding us and giving us false promises that they will keep us updated. I got through to complaints they got the assessor to finally call us just to say they sent a email to the doctor for documents.... I called the Doctor and they sent it twice now. Thanks for making a difficult time for my family even more difficult. Careless company and unprofessional employees. Don’t go with them if you wish to make it easy for your family
Purchased Rains 10Mbps uncapped SIM. Been having issues getting good signal. I bought a outdoor roof booster. I now have perfect signal however my download and upload is still 0.30Mbps. I then logged a call the service was horrible. I work in IT so I know the basic troubleshooting methods. They then told me I am out of the tower range and thats my issue. This is a fat Lie. RSRQ: -13dB RF Connection is Good RSRP: -88dBm RF Connection is Good They then continued to lie and Covered up by saying its high Usage in the area. Which I feel is a cover so they don't have to assist me. I then asked them to show me some sort of proof this was the fact and they just stopped replying to the email. I called and they said they could not help me over the phone. With speeds of 0.30Mbps this company should be ashamed to call themselves a Internet service provider.
I want my money back and your services off my name as it still shows on my credit record. Who do I call to get my money back from you people. I am sick of logging issue reports with your call center agents, i worked in a call center and know how it works. I want a direct line to your accounts department that looks at this reports and issues the refund. REF. ********** 4 14/09/2018 10:35am. Good Day I was told that I am a Son of a *****....... Firstly my mother is a very nice person and has nothing to do with my parking..... Secondly I start work at 13:00h I can't stand around like an idiot looking for your car marshals, if I received a message saying you will need to pay this next time parked, I would have been happy to pay this. On the 26 this happened as well where there was no car marshal in sight. As you can see in the image the car marshal only logged my ticket at 13:23pm. I will be taking this further as this is utterly disrespectful and not professional for a company. This is verbal abuse and I will be taking this further.
