This must be the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I had insurance with them for half a day. I took out insurance with them for a 1995 cti golf which they insured at 'rerail'. According to them the retail was just over 8k!!! Then upon seeing this I cancelled the insurance and went with someone who's retail figures were correct and a way lower access. Now after almost 2 months of this being cancelled, I am still being HARASSED to do the prep inspection. Mail after mail and WhatsApp after WhatsApp! N.B. Pineapple!!!! MY POLICIY IS CANCELLED!!!!

Initially when purchasing our vehicle at weelee, we received out of this world service from our salesman. But sadly once the paperwork is done and the bank has transferred the money, aftersale service is NO where to be found. When first mentioning our issues with our salesman(who unfortunately doesn't work there anymore!) things seemed to happen. The vehicle stood there a week and was apparently sent to a specialist, repaired and tested. Barely beck home, the same issue appeared again. Now we have to return the car AGAIN. It is not just a inconvenience, but also costly as now we need to use uber/bolt.... AGAIN!
Brilliant before sales service, but none afterwards.
I just want to start off by complimenting the salesman that helped us.... JADEN, you are a Rockstar and the perfect example of what a salesman should be. Over and above that we just want to also say that the service excellence we received from weelee as a whole. I will recommend them and Jaden. Thanks Jaden and weelee.
Brilliant service prior to taking delivery. But now absolutely no afters ale service. We had our Nissan juke for a whole 1 week. We get no answers on progress off repairs, and now no response on a request for a substitution of goods. Only empty promise! They are good at buying time.
Ordered shoes on the 2nd of July and got confirmation on the 6th that they were being dispatched. Received the shoe's in the same week but they were the wrong size. Paid courier costs to return them the same day. It's now the 22nd and all I get is excuses after excuses(thats if they reply) The after sales service is pathetic and non existent. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE
I applied for open serve fibre on the 21/10/2021 and was initially told 7-10 work days for a installation date. It is now the 17/11/2021 and I still have now installation date,never mind no fibre. Very poor business ethics.
I'm writing this on behalf of my 78yr old grandmother. A while back RAINBOW FINANCE called my gran stating they noticed she had paid over R3000 extra on her OK Furniture account and that she should go see her nearest branch. After being sent around from one branch to the next, they requested she give them ALL her receipts(around8yrs worth) in order for them to refund her. As its been 8yrs+ she didn't have all at hand. Now we hear nothing from them!!! Strange how they recon the account, realise she has paid extra, but still want proof.
