Am experiencing extremely worse service from Metrofibre,they are so quick to suspend account without contacting and on the other am getting false account statement.Every month I receive two different amount on each statement. When your the statement you will receive any assistance there’s WhatsApp number but it’s useless same as the account department employee. Last year I paid a lot of money of which I don’t even know where is it coming from,this year just finished pay that amount was charged last and guess what the already accumulating another amounts, I receive two different statements every ****en month they can’t even explain the false statement ,now I made a payment for the sake that I can work and my line is suspended,sent email,tried call my airtime is finished still no assistance I received
My network has been down for 3 days been told it will be attended after 4 days and am working from home, what kind of service is this but when it comes to payment is non negotiable now I can do my job for the 3rd day today.This totally unfair for such service h
I have bought G Star Raw jeans at subwear But when I search for the Jean code I’m not finding the Jean and the other Jean i only washed once its fading even the name is no more. i have sent an email to management to explain why are they selling counterfeit ,Their response was the they apologies they cant exchange them period has passed.Please be aware Subwear they are not selling genuine original G star Jeans. Want to expose this nonsense i spent a lot of more for counterfeit clothes and they dont even care ,want to take them to Gstar store for verification if i found out they ****med me definitely am going to escalate it further more
Kindly advise me here,am currently using metrofibre service for more than 3 years and 2024 around April i started to experience network connection issues of which i reported several times,kept on telling technician run all the test nothing wrong with connection I kept on login calls asking them to come and test their device was told i need to pay a technician of which i refused because is Metrofibre duty to maintance their devices and i find it strange that Metrofibre expect their device to last life time, imagine and i pay for the service everymonth . Finally technician was sent to my house of which he noted that their router is no longer functioning of which it was replaced with another USED device. Month end i have received a huge bill without any communication what so ever of which o didnt pay and i questioned the finance later they reverted back with a correct invoice of which i paid it. And i pay for my service via EFT and forward POP but my statement showing different amount of which i dont now how.After they came to replace thier own Device Metrofibre billed R800 my account for changing their own device and without my approval. I have been trying to communicate with finance but seems as incompetency have taken its place ,consultant hungs calls ,they dont honour their promised to call me back,i spent money to call them ti fix my account do date nothing has been fix ...am not happy at all,i left WEBAFRICA for this kind of **** service.
This a **** company i ever worked with even the owner is *********** ,useless,**** and disrespectful for this Logistic industry and they are putting out black owned companies in bad platform worse part of it is a FOREIGN owned company. This **** company collected my parcels on the 19th March and i told them my client needs them asap ,was told it will delivered on the 20th March.The guy Called Washington (extremely rude ,aggresive and Useless person)made quick arrangements for collection sent me a quotation and came to collect. On the 20th i didnt receive any call or confirmation if my parcels are on transit ,when i call them around 11am Washington told me hes on his way to office promised to call in 30min to find out he was lying to me ,called again around 1pm told me hes at home affairs😡😡. Hes shared Rodneys contact and hes told hes not aware about a delivery to Bloemfontein was shocked to hear that ,later he told me they forgotten to load them but promised will b delivered on friday. Friday he called thier truck is stuck in Ventersburg he even sent me a **** PICTURE of a towed truck that is branded with one of the logistic company.Monday my parcel were still not delivered i called the owner his name is Promise hes worse than his employees,hes *********** ,**** ,soft talker he continue to tell me ******* of which he **** the he despatch a truck to collect the even of which it never happend. On the 28th March Washinton called me that the truck is on its way to Bloemfontein and i MUST make another arrangement to collect my parcels at N1 before Bloemfontein hes truck is not going to deliver to the destination as per agreement or else i will get my staff some other time😡😡😡 Imagine paying for courier full amount to the destination and to be told such Rubish.Am so angry and sad if we still have black owned Foreign companies to be treating people in this manner and undermining the industry. I have noted aswell on this page that Excuss Logistics owner is taking advantage or our people they dont deliver parcels on time the keep parcel to their office and continue to lie to client whereby they wait for more parcels to be collected before delivery. I only noted that since the 19th March to 28th March my parcels were at their office the owner and his employees been lying about the the truck breakdown and they have been using this excuses for to long imagine have urgent delivery and this what you get its misrepresentation and it MUST be stopped asap they rather focus on Transporting good to their Country In Zimbabwe than this nonsense their are doing by manipulating people
I was dismissed by my employer and was not paid for my salary and medical aid was not paid to service provider.Since I have legal team was expecting Clientele to assist nor to advice me with regard matter since I have been paying them for more than 5 years. Clientele employee are so useless not interested to assist clients hence they are calling them self best lawyers,they only send a letter to my employer and didn’t even bother to do follow ups.After I have sent them a follow up email was told they can’t take this matter further i must go to Labour they tried they best.Sadly am paying them every month, want Clientele Legal to pay me back all the monies have been collected from me back to my account,so that I can get better company that knows the worth of clients, The way behave is like they getting kick backs hence they are not interested to do they are duties,when I sign up this policy was told the plan is also covers the dismissal dispute,

Would like to take this opportunity to thank Audi Menlyn(The Manager) for the excellent service after visiting Audi Arcadia(Clueless/Recist Manager) and Audi Hatfield (Clueless Racist manager). My vehicle was vibrating everytime I accelerate and manager from Arcadia told that Rims and alignment need to be done first. I fixed all the Rims and of which still perfect she even referred me to their preferred Exhaust and Tyres in Menlyn to check up my vehicle of feedback was still the same that the Inner CV joints need to be replaced. Never seen such a woman being especially a manager who so clueless,a lie, a racist she and her Foreman they can't even notice if the wheel bearing is finished she told me I need to replace a shock and buy a wheelbearing myself while I was still under motor plan, how disgusting is that? I had like 5 reports from different workshop even from they preferred all reports was told to replace the inner CV Joints. I ended up renewing my motor with the money I didn't she even gave me a Letter that if I replace a shock and wheelbearing she will fund me, indeed she was wrong shock is still okay just that they didn't wanna fix my vehicle Mind you that I kept my vehicle with them for few day's and the same the motor plan expires in few day indeed she refused to fix my car, then I went Audi Hatfield for a second opinion even the was told I need to replace all tyres of which I did after replace that Clueless manager told me I must call the insurance to replace the magwheel😅 when I asked how possible is that he could not answer. In short Menlyn is the best Dealer and I have been fixing my vehicle from the first day I never complain, The manage is capable doesn't gives out useless options like those two Dealers Arcadia and Hatfield. At Menlyn they replace the inner CV Joint and wheelbearing that was noisy now my vehicle is back to normal after suffering emotionally so many times and this for the well done job
