So disappointed and unhappy about Ford Port Shepstone. When they want your money they go over and beyond till they have it then they give you a big toffee. Their after sales service sucks, their staff after sales so rude. I know people all over South Coast has complained about them, and hoped it would get better but it doesn't. I so wish the vehicle I bought was available from another FORD dealership and not Halfway Port Shepstone. Your branch needs to seriously stop this bad service and bs you putting clients through, KARMA will come and one day the wrong client will come your way. You giving South Coast and especially FORD a bad NAME!!!

I just have to thank Avis South Africa and Avis Margate (Luleka, Rebecca and Nathi) for all their assistance in always trying to go the extra mile to assist. I have been with Avis for a long time now and I will definitely not go to another rental agency. I informed Avis that due to a major set back in my life with a disability I won't be able to make use of a Manual Vehicle anymore but some of the Automatic vehicles are a bit out of my budget. Yet they went and looked around for not only a very economical, user friendly vehicle for me that fits my needs, but it also fits my pocket. I won't go back to any other Rental Agency. I feel that if you treat the staff with respect and be honest and open with them, they will always go out their way to see how they can keep you on the road with wheels turning. Thank you all and I hope that this can reach your management departments and they should know your good work ethics and wonderful customer service. God Bless.

Between having bad experiences and having good experiences over the past 2 yrs of doing only rental vehicles. I would definitely say go the FlexClub way! This helps you avoid deposits every single month, and if you do have a problem with the rental agent, FlexClub has the BEST and most experienced after sales team to be there to assist you, cause South Africans have a big problem and that is CUSTOMER CARE. But with FLEXCLUB,you don't have to worry, they will try and try and try to go that extra mile to assist you. Go the FlexClub way! Trust me, I learned from experience!!!!
This must be the worst place to get a vehicle from. With the biggest bull****ters and biggest asses in South Africa. I have been renting from them for almost 8 months. When I started renting, I was treated like a great customer, I thought well this journey will be great! I asked to join the LONG TERM RENTAL which to my shock was never done that way, I had no joyce but to leave it as EUROPCAR took that benefit away from customers, so why the branch never did it in the beginning, disbenefit me as I had to pay a deposit every damn month! I just kept my mouth shut and accept it cause Head Office took that benefit away from clients so why ***** about it. Then I saw ok, I pay for a full MONTH but you guys are phoning me to pay earlier than a MONTH why the hell, so I asked please extend I don't understand I paid for a FULL MONTH, I am on a MONTH TO MONTH, I get PAID MONTH end, NO PROBLEM they will do it, and so it happened like that EVERY DAMN MONTH!!! Here we come all these months later, NOW they want to draw the line and say NO MORE MAM, even though you pay for a MONTH you have to bring back the vehicle earlier and pay earlier to keep it and we can no extend it for those 2 or 3 days to make it a FULL MONTH! So my mind tells me I paid on the 30th so a CALENDAR MONTH is up until the 30th of the next month, WHY SHOULD I return it on the 27th????? Now they want me to pay again on the 27th day of a 30 day calendar... HOW DO YOU GET THAT, or return the vehicle. After being a client for so many months. Your staff are RUDE, BULL****TERS and your management are worse, GIVING FALSE HOPE to a CLIENT is BS! Telling me that I shouldn't worry they will make a plan. ***? No wonder your ratings are so bad! This should be taking viral and to FACEBOOK, TWITTER, INSTAGRAM, ALL OVER. I will be glad to do that! Watch me! I have enough emails to prove how ******* and full of BS all your staff are!
Where can I sent you, you ROUTER so your company can shove it where the sun doesn't shine! I warned you if I lose my job due to your **** all hell will break lose, now due to your inconvenience of **** signal service exactly that happened and there is no way in HELL I will pay for anything, we can battle this in COURT I don't give a F...K! You are seriously a ******* company, not far off from what we all deal with in South Africa! Well done, no wonder people on FACEBOOK *****es about you so much. You send me a ****** message saying pay R100 and settle the rest later I pay it 3 days ago then you disconnect again today! ***! If this is how you want to be and lie about the R100 thing which I kept the sms of and not wait till pay day for the rest to be paid then please let me know what the procedure is to return the router then I will find myself another company to join ASAP as you are interrupting my JOB seeing that I work with students overseas and if you disconnect me every damn time I can't connect to them which means I don't get paid which means I can't pay you, as easy as that and I have explained this to you millions times before. So I will rather find another helpful company that is willing to help and have brains to understand if this is how you want to be.
I have sent numerous tickets from the app to the support centre with no feedback. Why don't they assist people. Have RAIN seen what people have been writing about the service on FB lately! What does it mean when the APP gives you the option of partial pay? The app says pay R595 now and come back to pay the rest before the next payment date! Does that mean that if R595 is paid that reconnection will be done? When is the next payment date? It does not explain these things on the app so there is no clarity to these things. Kindly please explain this to me and assist me as the department where I have been sending tickets to don't reply and your number just rings and rings. What does that PARTIAL PAY mean? Reconnection or not? And when is the next payment date ?
Why can I not change my payment date to the 20th of this month? I am getting paid from CHINA and the funds will only be available on the 20th June!!!! Why so DIFFICULT??? I have sent numerous messages and tickets about this already!!!!! On fb as well, can someone wake up please. The app says OOPS THERE IS A ERROR!
