Alexander Forbes has got the worst service. They are unable to sort a mere log in details. I called on Tuesday for them to change my log in details and I was told this is being actioned and it should be done in 48 hours , I should call again. When I called I was told the supervisor has a backlog of emails??!!! Whose problem is that? So customer can wait then until the supervisor reads emails? That’s so unprofessional AF!
I took my kids for an eye test at Torga Springs and was advised that if I take the glasses there then the eye test fee falls off . So I was told about the buy one get one free offer which I gladly accepted and specifically asked for no extras as I’m doing cash. My kids chose the glasses and I kept asking if they are still within the buy 1 get 1 free and was told yes and I emphasised again no extras.. to my surprise I got invoiced R9000 for the girls spectacles. When I asked about this they told me I should not worry, they will give me extra discount and also reverse the eye test money to my medical aid savings. I am still waiting, they now even ignoring my emails. I could have gone to spec savers where I could have gotten my under 12 glasses for free but I chose to trust Torga on their special. Mind you this was all cash hence I kept emphasising to stick to the special. Oh it gets worse so they included a whole lot of extras on both glasses which I asked them not to. Torga is a ****, please don’t get spectacles from them!
The worst experience. The lady at accounts so rude and impatient. This is the Germiston branch, Nadine! Speaking to customers like they are kids. Also I have been waiting 21 days for car to be registered. I follow up they say they are following up. I will never buy a car via webuycars. My experience hasn't been the greatest at all!!!
It's true when they say FNB is unfair on people of color. I have a revolving loan with them since 2013 @18, 25% I'm a private client, not even once has this ever been reviewed. This is almost 100% prime plus!! I have made a decision to leave them and go for another bank because I'm a private client but honestly see no benefits, my banker doesn't even look at my profile and assess. FNB is a ****!!!
I submitted my claim in September. It's end of the year am still waiting. This has got to be the worst company. I'm glad I raised the issue with my previous employer to relook their investment.
So NMG confirmed they are processing my claim on the 4th of October then I followed up but no response then I took it here then they called to say they will process my claim so it's been over 6 weeks and I find out nothing was done. It's only being processed now meaning it'll be more than 12 weeks if the process only starts now. When you call there's no answer. You send a thousand emails there's no response. My claim should be complete by now but hey its only starting. This company must not have business. They are useless. I never experienced this with Alexander Forbes. They are the best. I have taken this up with my previous employer. They need to relook the contract with NMG
I have dealt with many pension fund companies before but this is the worst NMG! I don't understand how big companies work with this company. The service is so poor?! They don't respond to emails regarding claims. Turn around is supposed to be 6 weeks so they say but you never get that. I'm going to really take this up with my previous company. Every one who left complains about the same. They have to change NMG as an investment company!
Woolworths wrongfully handed me over. I have never had an account with them yet on my credit record it says they handed me over.. Next to the details they have a different ID number. How can people be so incompetent? This affects my chances of getting another job. I am so upset!! When I called and asked for this to be rectified all they said was they will investigate. I will take this the legal way!
What a scam checkers is?! They charge an extra 15% and say you will get refunded. I have done so many orders with no refund. I'm never doing my groceries with sixty60 nor Checkers groups.I will stick to Pick n pay and Woolworths. I'm disgusted at how you scam people
I am an fnb private client yet my banker doesn't assist me at all. Never responds to any of my emails. I honestly feel like changing banks
