Car track installed its device on my vehicle last year not the vehicle is not working when i called them they say i need to pay for it to be repared. While i. Paying every month. This people installed poor equipment on purpose just to keep charging us money for no reason. This compay has poor services i wouldn't advice any one to do business with them. I almost move all my vehicle to them. Luck they shiw true colours before i made a mistake. Cartrack: 086 111 1564. So now im paying for somthing thatd not working and they say im paying for service which service and their devi e is not working. Please never ever join car track after a year device wont work and but they keep taking your money.
Im very disappointed with car track, the tracker was installed by them last yerar and now its not working and when inform them they say i have to pay for it to be fixed while im paying ever month. They its no longer under warranty. When i ask what am I paying for every month, answer service. What ? Service because its not working. This company rob people. I have sent an email to dial direct to cancel my policy buy the dont want to cancel my policy they send email and said they try to call me and they wont cancel my policy they can only cancel it over the phone. But i have never receive a miss call from them, and when you call their number no answer somtimes when you get through they send you to pillar to post. I send email again gave them my second number but no response. Its look like the want to keep debiting. Why they dont take my email as valid cancelation letter. They have deducted money for covid-19 relief from fnb acc but still they place me ln credit beaur as no payment received. They said they will give feedback but nothing.
