Poor Quality and Lifespan of their Products. I bought a Telefunken 42" TV Model TLEDD-42FHDB from Game Greenstone in 2021 and the TV worked fine for at least 2 years 6 months before giving me technical difficulties which I sat with till Saturday 28th September 2024 where I took the TV with for Service and I was informed it's out of warrantee so I have to consult their supplier being Nu World Industries (PTY) LTD. I contacted their service centre and I was referred to their technician cannot assist because there are no parts. DO NOT BUY TELEFUNKEN PRODUCTS and or even avoid products manufactured by Nu World as seemingly their meant for a short lifespan so you keep on buying over and over again and there don't care about their customers.
Good day Since last week Tuesday I got promised a refund for an item that was sent to a wrong pickup point and cannot be redirected to my home address and I want to secure purchases with other reliable outlets. CAN I PLEASE GET MY REFUND?
I am a consumer of your services via paypoints in the ****a shops in South Africa - Alexandra Johannesburg to be specific. I wish to understand how your merchant services work in relation to customer payments. The scenario is I go to a shop that sells items @ R50.00 stock price all inclusive and thereafter I get charged an extra R10.00 by the shop keeper claiming its for merchant services. I wish to understand if this is part of your SLA or policies and either way I wanna take this up with consumer protection services because either you or your clients are robbing us copious amounts of money by charging extra irregular fees. And it's wrong. Please assist in educating your clients on how to use and treat or charger these additional services they're offering us. My contact number 074 842 2886
Bought a faulty Defy fridge on the 01 May 2022 and returned it a month and 1 day later due to working from a different province and couldn't ask anyone to return it on my behalf within the 14 days return period. I to Makro with the fridge to query my purchase, a Manager named Kobus at Makro Woodmead advised me of their return policy and the large appliances policies without a will to listen and even try to assist. He referred me to a consultant named Nini who is supposed to facilitate the call logging process as the first step to getting my refund so as to get a replace from the store. I was told I'll get a call on Monday morning but no one has bordered to call me.
I am disgusted by the Uber Driver named Shabani who picked up my order (28E2C) from KFC Malboro Gardens on the 26/12/2020 and ran with it. I saw him on the app and when I got out he went passed me and when I tried to stop him he stopped at a wrong address and even when I yelled out at him he just took off and I got a receipt notification then went to the branch to query I had to wait for longer than hour thinking the guy will come for other orders and he didn't pitch. Can you help taking guys like this out of your service and can you compensate me for the inconvenience and fare to get to the branch even after refunding the cost for my order.
I am not happy with the way KFC Malboro Gardens handled my Uber Eats undelivered order query. I ordered (number: 28E2C) KFC Rapstar Box via the uber eats app and the uber guy arrived but stopped at the wrong address and when I tried to call him he went off an sudden I got a delivery note then I rushed to the selected branch where I was told that the uber driver named (Shabani) had cases of closing deliveries even when the customer didn't receive their orders and was told Dusty Ramalepe (Supervisor) that there was nothing the could do after I spent R20.00 travelling to query my delivery at the store. I spent more than an hour at the store and I am really not happy at all and with to be compensated for the inconvenience. Kind regards Siyabonga
I went to ABSA ALEX PLAZA to query fraud on debit card and my card was cancelled as a result. I was then issued with a new debit card but I was also charged R140.00 for a fraud query where I wasn't supposed to be charged. I went to query the transaction and Xoliswa a branch consultant promised to reverse the charge but it didn't happen.
ATM's not fully functional and when I asked staff seemed not to be aware or even interested, as a result the cash deposit cues were too long for Business... No customer centric attitude at all.
