If i could rate this place negative 0 i would. Every time i go there its s new bad experience. I actually blame myself for going back.
These guys will charge you a 10% collection and 1.75%penalty for a fee paid 3 days late and with POP sent and before they even send an email requesting payment , making your already high statement even more high. i see this as a quick money making scheme as they are not flexible, i have had to chase after them numerous times (over 6 months) just to get my statement sent to me, yet they are so quick to penalize and sink you into debt
There is 1 accounts named DMC3 which I have been listed for on my credit report. Please note that I have not had any communication regarding any account and thus note that any account that DMC3 is listing is dormant and has not been acknowledged in the past three or more years. Therefore, this account is prescribed and what they are doing is illegal. I have not acknowledged the debt in the past 5 consecutive years, either in writing or verbally, not made any payment towards the outstanding amount, nor have I promised to pay. No summons has been issued within the last 5 years. They are in contravention of the NCA Sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription Act 68 of 1969 (Prescription Act). this listing has heavily affected my credit score, I have already contacted The Credit Ombud and they have advised I give these scammers 20 days to resolve this matter. DMC3 has not responded to any of my mails which i have kept copies of. I will fight this to the bitter end as my credit was in the positive before this ridiculous listing which was clearly unlawfully added for a prescribed debts that is more than 6 years old

well i cannot say i am surprised that i got such service. was made to take videos of the defect bottle i recieved with the nozzle completely not working. i am really just doing this for anyone else who would want to buy from fragrance sa. its a gamble as you do not know what you will get.
Connections Kings are quick to sign you up but very clueless on customer service and support. their offices are not even open on a saturday like other ISP's for support. their consultants give incorrect information regarding your connection. They really need to up their game really.
I am shocked and appalled by the service from absa. i opened a transact savings account on the 6th of August 2019 and i have followed up with them more than 5 times with the response always being "you will get a call back within 24hrs". today i decided to follow up again on the 16th September 2019. only to be told my application was withdrawn by absa with no reason noted on the system. i Think ABSA should be upfront if they do not want us to have accounts with them i mean they not the only bank in S.A. it is just unfortunate that ABSA was the bank of choice for convenience and business reasons.
I don’t understand how fnb can give a temp loan then take half of that loan within a week. When i call them they tell me because i had transferred money from “bank your change” facility. Firstly it is fnb that automatically took that loan money into “bank your change”, i only retrieved it back into my account so i could use it and now they took the very same loan before I could even use it. Very pathetic indeed. Clearly your system don’t speak to each other
I have never in my life seen such incompetence, 1st i was told my FNB Card would be delivered on the 24/05/18 between 10-11. Because my has a lot of travel i then had to move all my appointments to make space for this delivery. I then got a call from CCD Couriers telling me there was a delay and my delivery was moved for the same day but between 11-12. I agreed to this and scheduled my work to suit this. a few minutes later i got another call from CCD Couriers tell me my card is in another branch (i understood none of that) delivery has been moved for Monday. I then left the office office do some work but at 11:30am i got a call to say the courier guy is at my office to deliver, obviously i was not there because the last call said Monday. I then spoke to the courier guy walter munyai who said i must meet him at multichoice at 2pm on the same day. True to my word i was at multichoice at 2pm but the guy was not there and i had to then call CCD by 2:30pm and they connected me to the who told me to drive from multichoice to cnr bramfischer and grove i then did that and waited another 30min to no avail. I am still sitting without a card and when i call CCD i am told the courier guy does not pick up his phone. What appalling service is this more so because i never asked to have any dealings with this company that wasted more than half of my working day
