I wrote a review on Hell Peter, regarding the rotten food items that I received from Pick n Pay via ASAP. Nothing was done, no response or refund .Nothing
I ordered these items and the instant porridge came opened unsealed, and the tomatoes came rotten via Pick n Pay ASAP. Order number #24896076 . I sent an email to them with the pictures on Jun 26, 2025, 3:43 PM. There's still no response from them.

I requested a call back from AllLife,and I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Sandile Twala,well mannered,very professional and he explained everything to me very well.
Clientele is a very big ****mer,I lodged a claim with them on the 28th March 2024,I was called back by Silindile from the claims department on the 4th April,she requested my banking details,the network that I am using so they load airtime. A few hours later,she called to inform me that my late brother is the beneficiary I therefore needed to give them his estate late account details. I decided to follow a few days later,guess what I was advised that I needed to open an estate late account for my mother. At the Master's office they requested a statement from them so I can get the letter of authority,they took over a week to send the statement. Now I have sent the estate late account details,everytime I call I'm being kept on hold,the first agent kept me on hold for 33 minutes while she claimed to be calling the supervisor she ended up cutting the call,I called again and I was kept on hold for 16minutes and they cut the call again. They are worse than Rosemary Ndlovu,they make money out of the dead. They just don't want to pay,they are big ****mers.
I submitted a claim for a life cover in January 2022,they still haven't paid me to date which is 8 months later. All they ever tell me when I call is that they are still waiting for the Dr to get back to them and that they will call that Dr the following day. On top of that you have to leave a message as they always say the assessor is busy in a meeting. Never take a life cover with them they are scammers they want you to forget about it and so that they don't pay you.
My late brother had a funeral policy with the unlimited and I have not received any assistance after several attempts ,they are just giving me a run around instead of a payout, their staff seem to be clueless about what they are doing. If you have a policy with them I suggest you cancel it and go to the well known insurance companies to avoid the frustration.
Yesterday(15 November 2017) I went to Ackermans at Sammy Marks in Pretoria to collect my laybye. I paid for it to Buhle who was the cashier,she then instructed Kagiso to go and collect the laybye at around 15h42. He later came back at around 15h55 to advise that he can't find the items, went back again and came back at 16h18 to advise that he doesn't know what to do cause he can't find them. I went to speak to a lady whom I'm not sure whether is a supervisor or a manager by the name of Itumeleng to ask for a way forward, she slowly took her time and promised to go and check the items. I requested a chair since I was standing for about an hour, highly pregnant and no one came with the chair. The attitude from the staff there was just shocking,at 16h58 they finally gave me a refund with so much attitude,not even a single apology or explanation from anyone. I left the store feeling dizzy, and I could feel that I would faint at any moment from there considering that I am 7 months pregnant. I have always known Ackermans to be a good store,with good prices but after yesterday I left the store and told myself that I will spread the word to every I know to make sure that they never set their foot at Ackermans Sammy Marks in Pretoria you will be treated like trash.
