So my wife arrives at the hospital as she started bleeding as we recently found out she’s pregnant. She took herself straight to the emergencies and I was in the middle of Johannesburg then had to travel to Randburg by the time I did my necessary collections and got to the hospital she still hadn’t seen a doctor. With that said that’s now a 2 hour window. Don’t get me wrong the staff are very friendly and polite just your security would’ve ended up in a body bag by trying to prevent me from seeing my wife. With this now being said she’s been here since before 11am as I’m writing this it’s now 6:38pm and only now has the gynaecologist managed to see her. This is her very first pregnancy as we’ve been struggling to have children. And to receive this form of “prompt” service and I can guarantee this is going to put a massive dent in my medical aid. I am very unsatisfied with the quality of service and the process of actually getting someone to see my wife.

I’ve been banking with first National for over 10 years. Recently I was moved over to the spousal account and now I’m being removed because my wife has changed departments no longer working for FNB but moved over to RMB (Rand Merchant Bank) I receive an sms stating my account fees will be doubling that what I’ve been paying where previously with the credit card and my smart account fees used to be 280 before going onto the spousal account. Now it’s doubling to a ridiculous amount for what purpose I have no clue as there has been no other form of benefits whatsoever. I’m a little ****ed off because I was happy with the previous amount I was paying but now doubling the amount is out of the question I either want to be switch back to what I was or else I will be taking my business and my accounts else where because this is bull****. Doubling my account fee I already work myself into hole now this I’m not impressed at all. No phone call nothing regarding these changes just an impersonal email and sms generated.
It’s been a few days now still no contact from ASI blue regarding my short term insurance policy and my request. For one to be looking for information regarding their policy and this is the service I’ve been waiting since Monday for a consultant to call me and provide me feedback on my policy but no such luck. I want someone to assist asap because I’m not happy with the service I’m getting
Been trying to gather info regarding the short term insurance and what’s going on with my payments since April 2024. I’ve requested a breakdown and an explanation and no response sent an email on the 12th for a breakdown and as well the payments since April to date no response. Sent another mail on the 13th to follow up still no response. I’m not impressed with the service I am receiving as my policy stipulates a different amount to what I’m being debited.
Went to Kase east Rand mall today the 17th July to get 4 screen protectors for a client for their iPads. With that said they wanted to charge me R2500 for a single screen protector. The total would’ve been R10000 a complete and utter *******. Do not go to any of their stands nor support their ******** antics for a plastic screen protector they wanted to charge 2.5k an absolute *******.
My experience with FNB’s forex division has been absolutely ****. I contacted their department on the 8th of November before my flight out to Bahrain. I’ve sent them emails regarding the telefax payment I’ve been waiting for from the Bahrain MMA federation for my plane ticket I received the telefax payment from the federation on the 30th of October it’s now November 17th I’ve sent fnb forex countless emails in connection with this matter and no response whatsoever in connection with the emails since I don’t have access to cellular or and mobile network whilst I’m in Bahrain. The follow up and the assistance so far has been absolutely terrible no information provided no assistance provided. I’ve very tempted to take my personal account and banking purposes elsewhere since they can’t event do a simple request. As well don’t even try phoning for the problem because I’m not of the country till the 24th of November so if you could actually locate the emails sent and a follow up done on my email address and the telefax payment I’d appreciate that because this is serious highly unprofessional especially for their international payments and recipients department (Forex)
