I placed an order of converse 70 national leather and I was really excited about having this shoe mind you it was my first order on the site. A week later still no progress or message regarding my order. If I didn't go to the site, I wouldn't have known that my order was completed. How? " It was cancelled because of no stock, no message before, and as a first time user of the site I don't see myself placing an order there.
Hi All, I got debited twice for personal loan without any communication and I also never received any communication if I ever missed any payment. They wasn't any arrangements that were ever made my me regarding my account, and if a payment was ever missed I would have received communication of such and that I never received. And to be debited twice unaware causes a lot of confusion and financial burdens. Your complaint has been logged with reference CCM 90829230, With regards to the attached inquiry. I was successful on a call with collections department and they said it will be refunded back to my account and it might take up to 3 working days. Now 3 days have passed and still nothing. I understand payment was missed in December because I didn't receive any debit and now they are telling me that they won't refund after promising your client.
I am writing this with so much anger. I requested for a card on my credit card account. The card I received firstly it is a garage card, card doesn't work at all but I received an sms stating the card will be activated within 10 minutes. When I also tried to test the card with withdrawal, a message is received stating that the card is an international account and I will be charged an additional fee of R50 and I am south african, this really puzzled me. I am angry because I wasted my transport money for a wrong card and also that doesn't work at all. Also I was in contact more than 5 times and my calls kept on being dropped after holding for more than 10 minutes. Will my transport money be refunded as I will have to go again for a card and how will this be rectified without inconvenience me, will the next card be delivered on my home address with no charge? Please advise as soon as possible because I really need the card.
Worst bus ever, I won't recommend it at all. I bought a premium ticket from Jhb to PE, no charing spot on the bus, bus delayed by 1hour 30 minutes( bus arrived at 18:30 instead of 16:30), bus drivers rude to their customers, worst experience ever. I wanted to book another bus but I chose it thinking it is the best bus. I'm so disappointed. This bus also stinks with urine. Comms was only sent after 18:00 with no accountability at all.
I made an order on black Friday for a JVC 32inch Smart TV online, received communication my order will be delivered on the 28th, and now it is the 1st of December and nothing on my side. They are blaming a courier company of which they gave it a contract and as a client with them, I don't see a reason why as a collective aren't taking the blame. After this experience, I will say Choose wisely.
I'm tired of recharging for nothing as MTN keep on taking my airtime and I don't know why. And they don't want to give me answers. This network is operated by thugs
