Ordered a double old school cheese naked burger and fries as a side. The burger tasted off, wasn’t fresh at all and as a result not edible. I called the restaurant and spoke to the manager who promised to have another one delivered to my address ASAP. I never got the food or a call to communicate that they would not be sending it. Honestly, this was purely bad service and I’m disappointed as this was one of my favorite joints around maine.
My bill has hiked incredibly the last 2 months. I went from pay 250-300 rands to 800 rands and when I inquire they want me to pay a fee for them to investigate. I live alone in a bachelor flat and don’t understand how my bill is suddenly soo much when I spent almost 2 weeks away from my place in the previous month. None of it makes sense and paying for them to investigate is a scam of note.

Took up lessons on the simulator, when I got there the manager was rude about the payment. Saying payment needs to be made 48 hours before the lesson whereas I had not be informed by the lady who had made the booking intiAlly. After my lesson tried to make another booking but could not do so as only the manager is allowed to make bookings and if he is not in venue clients cannot make any bookings with the instructors. Got a call today saying I must make a payment before I can make another booking whereas I had not even specified when I would like to make that booking. The guy is a tyrant and treats everyone like ****. He can’t even smile or even acknowledge you when you walking into the store and his never willing to help!!
Telkom is the pits. Took out a contract in December 2018 and have had to call them more than 5 times for various problems like service being suspended due to credit limits that I was not informed about when I took the cellphone contract. To having them debit money from the incorrect account when they had specifically stated that it would only be debited from the new bank account from February. In all honestly do not take any form of contract from telkom. They are incompent and fail to hold up customer satisfaction or even do they jobs right from the word go which would avoid a lot of issues with client. The holding time when you trying to get to contact centre is 20 mins and you are still expected to make another call for them to sort out that issue. The damn pits, really not worth our hard earned money!!!
The hatfield branch (Pretoria) has the most rude and disrespectful workers behind the till. They do not greet back or help you like they want to be there. When they get the order wrong they do not care to make it right or eveb when you willing to pay the extra cash to get what you asked for initially. The service is so bad I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Spar menlyn maine has great customer service through out. The staff is friendly and they push service as fast as they can. They take into consideration that most customers are in a rush and therefore offer speedy services with a smile on the face. For me this is great as I work with customers myself on a day to day.
Sister made subscriptions on contract Sim card. Called to have them canceled as amounts due were ridiculous. Been paying extra from July with no solution or cancelation to subscriptions made. Call Centre agents have bad attitude all round. Service is horrible.
I ordered a pizza at 8:55 pm and it has not been delivered as yet. Tried to contact the restaurant 5 times with not response and dropped calls. Delivery app does not allow you to cancel your order and I have not been refunded. Been waiting for 2 hours and still nothing. The app says they still making the pizza for hours now.
