After sales and support from this company is a mess, especially In the parts department. Mistakely bought parts in their polokwane branch as I had a breakdown there and now they tell me I have to drive from Pretoria to Polokwane just to return the part and get a credit note as they don't do cash refunds. WHAT A SCAM!
Just bought rotten ( nature's garden) frozen chips at the mouste mall branch and the manager is doing nothing to help. The customer service at this branch is below 0, the manager is clueless.
Telkom shop in menlyn is over staffed with useless and arrogant airheads. The service is extremely bad

I just discovered that my business partner has been running our business through a FNB account that I don't know, I went to my personal branch to ask how is this possible and also try to get bank statements then ask them to put a hold on the account. I have been told that I can't do any on the account because I gave my partner a mandate to the account, how is it that the system could not pick up my details because I have a personal bank account with fnb? The account has no branch. I doubt that I am the only one with this problem, still exploring legal ways of making FNB pay for their failed system.
