Since February 2020, one of Sibanye Stillwater's houses ( 87 Reinecke Street Carletonville) is abandoned. The previous resident left the mine. Since then the mine just left the house unattended without any security. on the evening of 15 March 2020 we pick up that there is somebody vandalizing the house ( we live next door in 89 Reinecke Street), as they try to steal our one security beam. we got hold of our private security company, but the vandals got way. The next day we pick up that the taps were stolen and the water was running out of the taps. My son and myself try to close the municipal valve , but we could only do it up to a point. We also pick up that the back door was not locked, so I went and lock it with my own lock. The security company contacted the mine about the house, but they did nothing. there were looters several times in the house afterwards. the Carletonville Herald even put an article in the newspaper about this house and contacted the mine without any response. the looters came back and broke open one of the windows burglar proofing to enter the house. they came back afterwards and broke of the padlock I put on. All the inside doors, all the taps, all the wiring, including two DB boards as well as the all the piping is stolen. what worries me is that Sibanye Stilllwater cares for the community, but here they are creating a crime hot spot. South Africa is a water poor country and the Carletonville area is well known for its sink holes and dolomite ground, but there is thousands of liters of waters just running away and seeping into the ground. I left this message here because of the fact that I did not get any response, and see this as a next step in reporting this matter.
My mother passed away on the 01.10.2008. we informed Hosmed about it, and that there is no funds in her estate to pay the outstanding bill. We sent them her death certificate. the only response is one query number on a query number. She fell behind on her monthly payments due to the fact that Hosmed did not adapt her debit order. She filled in and sign forms to give them permission to adapt the debit order, which did not happen. She even asked them to put her on a lower plan and just continue which the regular payment until she is payed up. no response, just another query number. Her account was suspended 2 months before she passed away. The latest query number is 180520Q0PPP4 created on 18.05.2020. there is no funds in the estate to settle the matter.
My son is waiting 3 years after he gave his finger prints to get his case solved. He battle to get hold of the guy ( Vincent ) working with his case. The closed the case and open a new one. Nobody knows why. Every time he ( Vincent) is looking for something, when we produce it, he want something else. Since my sons accident , seven years ago, he have not received any compensation what so ever from RMA. this means he does not have any income for the last seven years. The doctors of RMA declare that he can be paid out three years ago. We are in possession of the email. In this email they said that they lost his file, but find it again and that he can be paid out.
I am writing this review on behalf of my son Vincent Charles O'Neill. He is battling for 5 weeks to withdraw money from PayPal. First he could not received a one time pin from PayPal because his cellphone number could not be changed on his profile. this resolved two weeks ago. The response he get from PayPal is that they are reviewing documents for the last two weeks now.
I am writing this review on behalf of my son. He need to get his cellphone number changed on his profile to withdraw money from PayPal. The branch at Carletonville says he must do it through PayPal. PayPal says FNB must assist him. The service he got from FNB was not professional at all. They were not friendly and sometimes aggressive. On 20.11.2017 I lock a complain in his name on FNB's website. This is the message I received from them. Dear valued customer • FNB:-) Ref ********** Has been issued for your complaint. For updates contact ********** The first time somebody attended to this call was Tuesday 28.11.2017. Unfortunately he was not available, and the person said he will phone back on Wednesday, which did not happen. The problem with his cellphone number was resolved in the mean time, but not his PayPal problem.
