Policy was cancelled in time and all the required steps followed by my broker. You then took another debit order without authorization. Caused my account to go into the “red” and I got charged penalties! Now I must wait until you decide to refund me. How about you also pay for my penalty from the bank?
Misuse and abuse of my phone number. I keep receiving unwanted calls from your team to activate banking with Discovery. I keep asking for my details to be removed, yet I still get call non stop… even after hours!! Should I report this to the regulator?
I HATE this bank. They phone me to activate a "Fusion" account.... call dropped and they don't think it's important to phone me back. More than 5 requests on Secure Chat and more than an hour later I get a call back telling me they happy with everything (Like I don't have any additional questions).... when I speak to management they tell me the phone lines work this way and they cant phone me back when a call dropped. Shame... sound like we developed the system to meet your requirements and not those of your clients!! I will be looking for a new bank sooner than later!!!
This establishments management thinks they don’t have to treat us like clients. When you complain they take their time to rectify issues and tell you that you should not let mails continue up and down like it’s such a hassle for them… clearly no understanding for customer care or satisfaction within this team, and wish they can stop acting like they doing us favors. Also would be lovely if they return phone calls….
Canceled my contract with no issues from your side, only to find out a year later that I need to still pay you R 60... YES R60, and that a debt collecting agent now has my details... because you handed me over !!! Ill pay you more so you can go spoil yourself !! Why not phone and ask me in the last year for these fees ? Clearly see why I left and will NEVER return!! To think I kept paying my full fees during the COVID period because I cared about you and your staff!! SHAME on you !!
Poor client care. Messing up on statements and say I need to pay a double payment based on their inability to reconcile my account and take a manual payment into account. This still not reflecting on current statement and I have asked finance to get back to me multiple times!!
Management don’t care about their clients!! It’s clear at The Polofields facility. IPad issue for logging Vitality pints for two months now, and everyone else is blamed with taking no control of their own problems! We told that we should log into their private App while we can’t log our Vitality points. They clearly show their priorities does not place customers first!
Private Clients call centre. I waited 37 min on hold, then I phoned from my partners phone... 1 min and 30 sec later someone answered..... Call centre person said they deal with first in, first out. REALLY?

Product pictures and color of these products not the same when they arrive at your place. These things are not checked correctly before being delivered to the client, then the client needs to part with these items for an internal investigation.
