Ram offers the worst service. They schedule deliveries and they fail each and everytime and no one explains why it failed. The delivery guy never called me and I was home all day. Once i escalate the case to the company i bought from, they come back and say they dont have my correct number but bare in mind they can send me whatsapps when the delivery failed. I also went on their system and provided my number again after the first delivery failed but thats the excuse they use. I am not sure why big shops that we order from even use this company. They do not take customers seriously.
I have a delivery from shein. The driver delivered today and I was not home. He tells me that I will have to pay again for delivery since its my fault i am not at home. This is unacceptable behavior. Buffalo we are told by the drivers what to do. The contact centre also cannot help us reach the drivers managers. Its like the drivers are running their own business through buffalo. This is unacceptable. I have never heard of a customer paying twice for delivery.
Very hard to reach. I spent 15 min trying to get through to a consultant today and eventually had to drop the call. Never had these types of issues with other medical aids before.
I bought neuroactive magnesium glycinate pills from takealot. The original barcode was concealed with a piece of paper that had a totally different barcode. What does that even mean?. This is how people get sick. I think the product is part of the long list of **** products sold through takealot.

I was at the Andiccio in Rivonia and watched the chef using his hands to put cheese in my pasta. Why dont they use gloves? then he was touching his top after. I was disgusted and not impressed at all.
I ordered for the first time using pick n pay ASAP. I was given the wrong order. Such terrible service and i must waste my airtime calling customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
DSTV will randomly call you and say they have an offer for you, you must only pay R220 for your compact package and you do just that but a day later the channels are still blocked. Then when you call to follow up they tell you that you don’t qualify for the offer. Why did i get a call in the first place?. Also they cant follow up with their own people that called me. Very bad service. Definitely cancelling the whole thing.
I have always had bad experience with Buffalo logistics deliveries and the inconvenience. I had a delivery today, the driver expected me to drop my meetings and meet him at the gate. I mentioned to him that i am in a meeting and cannot do that so he left with my parcel and never delivered. I called him and he said we all have jobs to do and i need to meet him halfway. I paid for delivery but struggle so much. It is really unacceptable. What is worse is that the management supports this behavior when you raise a complaint, meaning they also expect you to drop your meetings and attend to them.
A lot of Counterfeit products are now being sold on takealot. I am really disappointed by this. Twice now i buy through takealot and the products are ****. Its worrying because this can have adverse effects on peoples health in general. They really need to relook at their processes.
