I've just joined so not sure how the insurance are however my experience I've had with the consultant was amazing
I took out insurance with dial direct and when the consultant contacted me to I specifically asked the lady do they cover if my roof is damage and she said yes they cover any damages that's whybi decided to go with them.When I wanted to claim because my roof was leaking they sent the assessor out and I waited a while before they got back to me and when they finally did I was told they don't cover because it's wear and tear.So I spoke to one of their managers and she was supposed to get back to me and it's already been more then 2 months and no one came back to me.Im very dissapointed in the service and also being misled
I am a regular customer at kfc that buy weekly meals for my family.I did a online order at kfc promenade drive thru and when I got the food it was so slimy and bitter that it almost tasted soapy.My mom actually got sick the next day and had a runny tummy.the very same day I called the store and spoke to a guy that claimed to be the store manager and I explained to him what has happened and his reply was I will reimburse u with a streetwise 2 which was actually embarrassing because he made me feel like I was calling for a free meal.My mom spoke to him and was furious for the old food they were selling and he then said he gna get back to us and he never did.I then called their head office about a week later cos I went to their blouberg store thinking I wouldn’t experience this in a area like that but it was even worse cos the chicken was blue and stiff and u could c it was old.I sent it back and they just sent back food that was the same.i was so furious that I just walked out.I have called the head office numerous of times and have spent so much money on airtime and have spoken to 4 different people already and then I get promised to be contacted and nothing.I feel like the staff in promenade is incompetent and the service is really bad.
I bought a ring at nwj and it was to big for me and then took it to their tygervalley branch to have it sized.They we’re very helpful at the time and when I received it the ring was still not fitting as I would want it too and a few weeks after that a diamond fell out and then another and then suddenly the back of the ring just snapped and broke.it was covid and never bothered to take it back and when I did I was told that they have to send the ring away to be assessed and get back to me.I told the lady at the canal walk branch that I’m concerned that the same thing will happen because I think this happened cos of the sizing.I then received a email saying that the ring is gna cost me money to fix and they not gna fix it so it’s been nearly 2 months and no one contacted me again and the ring is still in their possession.I feel disgusted in their service and quality because it’s a lot of money and I would like my money back or exchange and expect some sort of communication
Hi ive been going to this salon for years now and this experience was the worst but im not even upset about the reaction i had as upset as i am about the way ive been treated after the complaint.i went for a wax and tint and had such a bad reaction that i had to go to a doctor.when i complaint about it the girl told me that she going to speak to her boss and said that i cshould collect this gel and when im eeady i shoukd come for a complimentary treatment so after ive collected it i just never heard from her again and i messged her again and she just started ignoring me and now i c she has blocked me so im very dissapointed in the service ive gotten
I am so digusted at the service and quality decofurn has given me.im sitting for 2 weeks without furniture in my house because they refuse to refund or give me a new couch and to top it off the supervisor at the call centre told me they will not exchange it and when i said dont want that couch back she said ok and threw the phone down in my face.i havent heard anything eversince and i feel this people should be exposed.Dont buy a thing there cos all their furniture looks nice but breaks almost immediately or in my case was delivered damaged and the service is horrible.So julian from kenilworth centre branch there so many people out there looking for a job so i suggest u do urs properly
The service i got when i purchased for over 30000 and the service i got when i had a complain was so diffrent.i bought a bed,couch,desk,lamp etc and everything i purchased was damaged when i just got it.I have been contacting Julian which is the store manager and sending pics of the items and never any response.Now that i finally got a response they were utterly rude and unprofessional and i would never recommend their goods to anyone.Im very unhappy and want a full refund on my goods
