I bought MTN Data 12gb +12gb night on my app Made4U option on the 27th of November 2024 of which I was able to use 1.5gb then it stopped working. If I check the balance it is still there but I cannot use it. I called MTN Cuatomer Number 135 several times and they told me that they will re activate it. I even went to MTN Shop at West Street Durban on the 2nd of December 2024 then they couldn't fix the problem but they gave me this REQ 000005683995 as the reference number. I went back yeaterday (10th December 2024) to the same shop they told me that they are still working on it. Today I called Customer Care again but they dropped my call. Now I do not know what is really happening here Im in the blank. I can receive phone calls and sms via my number but I cannot at all surf the Internet. This is not fair at all. I am just wondering if all MTN Customers receive this treatment or it's just me I am not equally important as other customers.
I am tired of getting calls and emails from this company stating that I owe BODYLAB GYM some funds I HAVE NEVER USED BODYLAB I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACT WITH THEM AND ABOVE ALL I HAVE NEVER ATTENDED A GYM IN MY LIFE. PLEASE STOP CONTACTING ME
Good day On the 2nd of April 2021 at 10:37 I tool a bus from Newtown A to Market and I paid R100 for two passengers. When I got off from the bus at Market I forgot to ask the driver for my change and so I called Durban Metro Bus and I gave them the bus number 10313 which was printed on my bus tickets. They promised to make a follow up and they called me back saying that they will keep my change of R72 but disappointingly I have not received my money even today. I do not understand why.

I am deeply disappointed by RAM Couriers for failing to pay me the days that I have worked after leaving the company. I sent my resignation letter on the 3rd of November 2020 to resign with immediate effect due to my personal issues. They did not call me or communicate with me after that. On the 27 of November all my ex collegues were paid thei wages but up until today I did not received the payment of my days that I have wprked. On 30th I called the HR, Catherine Naidoo and she sent me payroll department telephone numbers and I called them informed them my matter amd they said I will recive my payment the following day, 01 December 2020. Later I got a call from Thembelani whom he said he works for Ram Couriers and informed me that I will not recieve anything from them because I did not serve any notice. I asked him if this notice he reffering to was stipulated on my contract and answered and said no its not in my contract. I told him that if its that the case I am expecting my payment. He said in a most rude manner that he will see me in coutr.
I opened a Standard Bank Funeral Policy in May 2018 then in October I cancelled it. It came to my surprise that this year they debited from my account claiming that I never cancelled the policy. They asked silly security questions that they said they ask everyone when cancelling the policy. I couldn't remember all those stupid questions, then they told me that I did not cancel the policy because I couldn't remember those questions. My question is why they did not contact me because if the policy was still active it was going to lapse because I couldn't pay for it. But they kept quiet and wait for any deposit made to my account and took whatever was deposited. Its a daylight robbery.
I have applied at CAO last year and this year for my daughter to get a place at Tertiary level. She have good results from High School. I payed the CAO as they requested but all the time my daughter receive the regrets from all institutions she applied for. CAO and these institutions partnership all they care about is only making money not to make sure that students get places in these institutions. I cannot keep on paying every year and at the end of the day there are no positive results of what I am paying for. Now they tell me to go and enquire with the tertiary institution, why I am paying them if again I will be the one going to institutions looking for a place for my daughter? This is absoulutely daylight robbery. What happened to the old methods of applying in tertiary institutions? Money I am paying do not grow in trees. Something should be done about this, very soon.
