I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Ithumeleng Mekwa today. After having a terrible experience with a lady who put down the phone in my ear, Ithumeleng was the next person i spoke to. She handled my irritation at the previous lady with grace and professionalism and managed to sort out my query in no time flat. We need more people like her in the service industry. This woman needs to be a manager.
There is a "Doctor" Pather there. She is ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. She cost my dog my life and tries to blame me. Absolutely no empathy or recognition of her responsibility for her actions. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS VETERINARY PRACTICE.
Used to be one of the most prestigious banks, but I can assure you this is no longer the case. If you absolutely adore your emails getting ignored and rude and inept support staff, this is the Bank for you! I have been trying to get a hold of anyone at the deceased estates department in Johannesburg but I get given wrong numbers and contact details, nobody gets back to me and to top it all off, Nedbank today phoned our client to tell them they have no record of the Deceased Estate, even though we have spent months trying to resolve the matter.
Excellent service from a gentleman named Jeeten. Kept me informed and involved in the progress of my vehicle and went above and beyond to assist me. Many people in the customer service industry could take a leaf from him! Well done!
I am in Cambodia and my phone (which has my app on) broke. They don't have parts to fix it and the result is that I cannot access my bank account. I have emailed customer care FOUR TIMES with no response. I need to be able to access my online banking as I still have commitments which I need to pathe and check my balances etc. Please help me! I need someone to get back to me please!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO CAR SERVICE CITY, CRAIGHALL PARK. SCAM ARTIST. OVERCHARGES, HALF A$$ JOB DONE. Engine mounting broke 2 days after service. Refusing to take responsibility.
Please note that the same debit order has attempted to go off my account more than 300 (I AM NOT KIDDING. THAT IS THREE HUNDRED!!!) times and thus putting my account in the negative in the amount of R2800.00. As my bankers, I again request you to stop this debit order as I have attempted to stop it on my side but get an error message. Also, as advised to one of your consultants previously, I think it is absolutely insane that over 300 attempts is made and FNB does nothing about it. I will not be paying my salary or any other monies into this account until those ridiculous charges are reversed. FNB CHARGED ME R8.50 FOR EACH UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT!!!!) In the event that they are not reversed on or before close of business on Friday, 15 December 2017, I will have no alternative but to report you to the relevant banking ombudsman. I HEREBY REQUEST THAT YOU IMMEDIATELY CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
