Usually a great service from what I hear, but let me down on the 14th - and got me into so much trouble
I've been trying to get a missing item from my last order deliver (MAK5676716). The driver gets here with 2/3 of my parcels, makes a lackluster attempt to follow up on the matter and delicates it to me. I have spent hundreds on airtime calling in their contact center for the issue to get escalated and completely disregarded 2 days later. This has been happening for 2 whole weeks. I am deeply disappointed at this ridiculous loop they have me going around all due to the incompetence or the courier.
i am disappointed in what this has become. I subscribed to uberone with the best of expectations, but what the app has become is disappointing. From condoning courier callous contempt to now outright *****ing my money: the app now cancels my order, doesn't list them so i cant enquire abour it and doesn't refund my purchase. Effectively *****ing my money
im in the dark about the whole process, and despite me handling ally accounts myself they have not released me from this ridiculous credit status.
theyre customer service is just *******. good luck getting support from this sorry bunch after sales has promised you the moon and the stars

At this point this subscription has become far too expensive compared to the convenience of promises.y fee last month was over 8k for this very uncomfortable Suzuki espresso that is barely used ( I travel well under my monthly alloted milage). I highly suspect Avis Centurion altered the date report when I picked up the vehicle and when I exchanged it, exploiting my trust in them and the flexclub and exaggerated the damage they claim was incurred on the vehicle. I do not trust the inspections they do when handing off the vehicle to me (which has been a hassle since the very first month of this subscription) and now they're exploiting my liability clauses to burden me with already damaged vehicles and claiming I am the one who damaged them. I also incurred petrol and other miscellaneous fees I had no idea I could be liable for (petrol?!?!!) Ontop of all of that this whoever was responsible for handling hellopeter reviews left a petty review for me on there - me?!?! The party who is not liable to anyone in this transaction since I am the one paying for this subscription...
Not recognised anywhere, will get hung up when you try to call them. If they don't process claims incorrect them they completely deny them with absolutely no metric ( description on their website or advise from those useless Hippo brokers) of determining what they cover ahead of time and compare schemes.
