It took well over 2 months to process my claim... After I decided to not follow up with my last claim and let the process take it's due course, the company absolutely exploited my consideration, even deleting my last review about the process. I highly recommend another insurance provider - they have absolutely no incentive or plan to process your claim - relishing in their extreme prejudice and contempt.
After an awful accident, a quantum transporting school children speeding on the wrong side of the road, i was tasked to get all the information from he hostile transport owner (after finding my own way home). I found out more information that outsurance even attempted to, and they didn't follow up on it at all. They left the panelbeaters to take over 2 months to repair the vehicle - condoning their low priority for my repairs. It happened in January,it is November with absolutely no update or follow up on getting my extremely steep excess back from the culprits of the accident.
been a breeze onboarding, and the customer-care was quite prompt to respond (thanks Glenda!). really been a pleasant experience so far…
Usually a great service from what I hear, but let me down on the 14th - and got me into so much trouble
I've been trying to get a missing item from my last order deliver (MAK5676716). The driver gets here with 2/3 of my parcels, makes a lackluster attempt to follow up on the matter and delicates it to me. I have spent hundreds on airtime calling in their contact center for the issue to get escalated and completely disregarded 2 days later. This has been happening for 2 whole weeks. I am deeply disappointed at this ridiculous loop they have me going around all due to the incompetence or the courier.
i am disappointed in what this has become. I subscribed to uberone with the best of expectations, but what the app has become is disappointing. From condoning courier callous contempt to now outright *****ing my money: the app now cancels my order, doesn't list them so i cant enquire abour it and doesn't refund my purchase. Effectively *****ing my money
im in the dark about the whole process, and despite me handling ally accounts myself they have not released me from this ridiculous credit status.
theyre customer service is just *******. good luck getting support from this sorry bunch after sales has promised you the moon and the stars
