We have rented a vehicle with this company on the 5th of January 2026 and returned it on the 9th of January but have still not received our refund.When u call them they tell u the money was released but surprisingly it has never located my account since I never saw it.I have been going from pillar to post regarding this with no joy. We booked online and paid 10% of which was. Nit even deducted instead they took more money which was apparently for fuel. They have access to take my money but cannot fulfill their part of returning the deposit.
Stonehaven on Vaal is definitely a place to be..We went there for our year end function and they treated us like Royalty, we had our own table nicely set up and had our company name printed with a nice message...We really had a great time and the food was delicious, all I kept saying was" I need to come back here with my family" as I wanted them to experience what I experienced. Our writer's name was Danny-boy and he made sure we lacked nothing.Thank you for a beautiful service, will definitely be back.
To say I am angry is an understatement. I was at cresta mall amd I got a ridiculously bad experience with a cashier called Buhle. Her attitude is an understatement and from what I could pick up she is used to doing this. I asked her why she is giving me an attitude and she continued to make comments, her colleague came to her and try speak to her to apologize and she said she will not. Instead she will give me a number where I can make my complain. Firstly I asked her about a baby competition and she blatantly ignored me, she was actually busy speaking to her colleague which showed me that I am not important. I have customer service experience myself and I know for a fact that u do not customers the way she did...She circled the number at the back of the slip where I can lay my complaint...I do not think the store needs such a person than has no value of their customers.
It is clear that our complains are not taken serious, i have complained regarding my dads account and even today he had to call and he is being given a new settlement. This is now the 3rd time of him having to pay amounts for an account he does not use, All he wants is for the account to be closed.... I ask that people just stay away from GAME Accounts because al they want is for them to make money with you, having an account with them is like signing ur life over as they want to keep u forever. I have asked that my dad be called back but according to Game , i am just loosing my marbles i gues
I am writing the review on behalf of my Dad who is a pensioner. He had a Gane stored card and asked for settlement amount, he paid the settlement in Decemver and asked the account to be closed but the account was not closed, he further made enquiries and was told the pay 138, he paid the amount and still account was still not closed. When he calls he is being given the run around about calling the following day??? Why is Game refusing to close the account as always the is a balance that must be closed...he is the one running after them calling them to close it yet he is being charged telephone calls....For what ??? So u charge an individual for using their own airtime to callntiur stores??? This is really frustrating and very disappointing
I am currently doing my post graduate diploma with MANCOSA and I must say, this has been the worst year of my academic life. I received marks for my project and i realist the is a question I was marked 1/20, i looked at the comment that the marker made and it does not even correspond with the question. I queried with the university as most students received the same the comments. They told me the markers give a generalised comment, how do you give me a generalised comment and not a comment based on my work. Afterall MANCOSA does not even give us memos or guidance on how we were supposed to answer that question. there is a lot i can say about this but i honestly feel powerless. Now they come back to me and tell me the marker has awarded me 2 marks, that 2 marks was just for me not to resubmit not that they have looked and consider what i have said regarding their marking.. I honestly would not advise anyone who cares about their mental health to go anywhere near MANCOSA, all they want is money and it is very expensive for the service we rare receiving. If i knew what i know today, i wouldnt have come anywhere close to MANCOSA
I feel harassed by Cartrack , I had made a payment on the 14th of May for a missed payment of April , after making the payment I sent proof of payment to cartrack whatsapp contact number ,the payment was acknowledged. On the 15th two debit orders went off and I asked them to refund one, they kept giving me run around telling me the payment was not allocated. I asked them to allocate it and give me a turn around time ,they said 72 hours...after 72 hours they said no turn around time and the person started being rude, I went ahead and reversed one debit order and tell them to allocate the payment I made via EFT as I used a link from them , even today the payment has not been allocated...I am receiving calls, emails ,sales, whatsapp conversations and I still keep telling them the same thing... I do not know what to do anymore cause I honestly feel defeated
My sister completed her IT Diploma with Jeppe College Polokwane Campus, they wrote City and Guilds assessments as much of their qualification of which even today she has not recieved the certificate... We have been going to Jeppe for years now to know Avail, we started in Plk campus few years back nd now we are dealing with head office in Johannesburg but still nothing is happening. They giving us the run around last month they gave her a certificate with someone else's results because they wanted to get rid of her... They eventually told her to take it up with City and Guilds because they can't help her , how can they not help her when she registered with them. She has since been struggling to find employment because she has no provw that she indeed has the qualification... I don't know if Jeppe is trying to rob of our fellow brothers and sisters or what it's trying to do.
I am very angry and disappointed by King price, I have always put you on a higher level but I'm extremely disappointed. So my father took out an insurance with you and listed my mother ,me and my husband as the regular drivers but after we had an accident we are being told stories, they even telling us that they will refund our premiums and rejecting our claim....I don't understand what is going on cause when you take out the insurance they say anyone who has a license can drive your car but when you supposed to claim they tell you other stories....They told us that they will listen to the recording of the sale conversation and apparently my dad said the car will be driven by his family, so they said he did not specify that his son in law will be driving, now my question is what is King Price's definition of family if son in law does not fit???? I have complained to ********** but I have not received any response, makes me wonder if my complaint is being taken into consideration or they just ignoring us like their investigator or whoever he is, Charles van Niekerk. This man was dealing with us up until he told us our claim has been rejected, after that he is not responding to our calls or emails and he promised to send us the sales conversation but still have not received it. What are we supposed to do for us to be taken into consideration? What is King Price saying about this? Are you "decreasing the monthly premiums" only to tell your clients you will refund the premiums when they claim? You cancel the policy and than you move on to the next client? How do we trust King Price is the best if such happens ?
