Poor service from the manager at Southgate branch called Sne.
I bought Ace Maize Meal 10kg from Boxer in Klerksdorp City Mall. It was on sale and gladly bought it because in this economy of today we target sales, little did I know that my family's health would be put at risk. I cooked it today only and it was purchased around the 21st. As I was making the pap I realized that there were worms in the mealie meal as a result I had to throw it away. I did not keep the receipt I got when I purchased the maize meal as I didn't expect to experience such dissapointment, otherwise I would have gladly went back to the shop to request a refund and purchase another brand of maize meal. It's extremely disappointing to go through such especially from a company thats supposed to be reputable. I mean it's not the new kid in the block, so they should live up to standard. I was busy making supper for my family at home and ended up having to give them bread Intead. I feel that I should be compensated for this kind of inconvenience.
For the past 2 months, Cartrack has been deducting money from my account on very odd dates and the bank has charged me for that. That was not the agreement I have with cartrack and when I make contact to try and resolve this, no one seems to be interested in assisting with this matter. I'm really worried and wonder if they can't resolve reversal of fees, how will they assist with tracking my car should a problem occur. The way my issue is handled is really unprofessional and it's unacceptable. Please don't respond to compliments only, complaints should also be taken into consideration. Your service is really dissaponting.
Stabus Tours company in Mayfair Johannesburg is very unprofessional and their busses should really not be on the roads. I was bumped by one of their drivers on the 13th September 2023 and the driver decided to drive away. When I reported the matter to their office no one cared to do anything to take responsibility to repair my car, instead I was sent from pillar to post. Their so called manager by the name of Billal is so rude and disrespectful, he just hung up on me and was never available after that. On the same day there were other people that came to follow up on cases they opened for the same company due to negligence of the drivers there(the one woman who could have been in her late 50's says the driver fell asleep whole driving and they were involved in an accident, as a result she is using crutches) What was supposed to happen for my case to be taken serious? I told him I'm going to report this and he did not care or show any interest. Something needs to be done about this.
I am seriously disgusted with the service I got from MrD food and how they deal with customer complaints. I ordered on the app and my food was delivered but the order was incomplete. The food looked like it was mishandled and the stickers used to close it were broken. I took a picture of it the very same time and reported this on the app, nothing was done about it. I called the restaurant I ordered from and was told that they can't assist me Mrd would have to sort it out. I sent numerous emails and to date nothing is done about this. I got a reply from 5 different agents and they still have not done anything to resolve this matter, it almost a week now. I need this to be sorted out as my account was debited but I did not receive what I ordered.
I don't even know where to start. I am disgusted with the service i receive every time from vodacom. I logged a complaint on the 19th Feb 2018 and no one bothered to get back to me to get the full story. The consultant i spoke to just brushed me off like a piece of rubbish that didn't mean anything. Every month it must come to me having to complain about Vodacom and what thiefs you are. My data and airtime just disappears and no one can account for it. The consultants are not even embarrassed to confirm that there was a problem on vodacom's side but no one cares to resolve it. No wonder people move over to other networks because of the stinking service and incompetence. I will not be bullied to change my network by people that are unprofessional and have no idea how to deap with customers. A person is already paying so much buy still get this nonsense, that is unacceptable. I demand to hear from someone there as soon as yesterday and with positive feedback. Imagine the inconvenience that would be caused by you guys if i changed networks, i mean really I'm a business woman and have people all over using my number. Hell no. Pull up your socks Vodacom this is really annoying and disgusting, for such a huge company to be ripping people off like that.
I had the worst experience ever with Nandos in Ormonde Johannesburg. I normally order from Nandos at Southgate value mart but they also have been very horrible. How on Earth does a person that stays 15 min away from Nandos wait for their delivery for 2 and a half hours? After numerous calls wanting to find out whats happening i was told that a follow up would be made with one of the drivers and that i would be called back but the guy i spoke to didn't bother getting back to me. I've had to deal with getting wrong orders on more than 3 occasions and just let it go but now, this is totally unacceptable. I was told the order would take 45 minutes, my kids were starving and got irritated. Really why offer the service if you cant deliver?
