I was just logged into the support portal where i chatted to x3 different agent and kept being transferred, after 3 hours of sitting and looking at my laptop I cant even go take a **** and let you wait for 5 minutes then you close the chat. I wanted to cancel my sim (MTN) and take a new sim (Telkom) but never will I support such a ****ty service provider that doesnt care about their client base. I want you to call my wife to cancel her simcard, she has been trying to get hold of you.
I bought a tent at take a lot and because I didn't go camping in Dec I didn't open it. Last we decided to camp in the yard next to the pool and I saw the tent was broken. I logged a return and saw now that the return was declined. 1st you can see the ****ing tent was never used before. 2nd the sticks that are broken wasnt even in the holder, I put it in there when I packed it back. 3rd problem I have is that this product has 6 months warranty and yet you done an investigation but rejected it. You can send my **** back because I didn't even get an email as to why it was rejected. I take pictures and post it on your FB account because that thing was never used. Being a long time customer I am disappointed at this service and definitely will not support you.
