Trustpoilet said they are safe, No number on the site! No invoice I got ****med out of R1300 !

Very unhappy
Zero communication! They say they will keep us updated but nothing. Ordered contact lenses, two months later and we are still waiting And a month to get my glasses which had to be sent back twice to get them right Very very unhappy

Vodacom Blacklisted me for their error
I started a new contract via telesales to get a laptop. It arrived and it was not working so they came and collected it. Next thing I get debited for the laptop and no matter who I call I kept being debited for the laptop so I stopped the debit on my banking app. So they proceed to list me with ITC as a none payer. Eventually I get them to stop taking the money out of my bank BUT I am still listed with ICT and Vodocom said they would rectify, and I never got a cent back. You call and they say they will fix it but they don't. A very very unhappy customer
