Lapsed Insurance
Insurance Lapsed however I paid my premiums. In 8 th June I did a manual payment after a return payment for 1st of June. I spoke to Nazli Williams and emailed her POP. There after they doubled debited my account which I could not understand why as I paid missed premiums every now and then i phoned finrite and Im told that my policy has Lapsed

On sale Product
I can't get my goods after I was given a raincheque for 4 packs of Nappies . I went to checkers to buy pampers premium nappies value pack size 3 at a cost of R70 when I got to the checkers leaping frog I was there is no stock. They checked with stores around and there was no stock was told cause of Covid they are not getting deliveries. To cut the long story short Now they have Nappies but I can't the 4 pack nappies cause Xtra savings gives you 1 pack when I phoned the Xtra Saving club spoke to Wendy Ref number 476803 says I should get 3 packs if thats the case I have not received any communication till these day from the store as I was told By Wendy that the manager will contact me

Shake Up Summer
I'm really disappointed I've reached with R300 and I never got my Voda bucks I called customer service and was told I will get my vodabucks till now nothing. Then comes Shake up Summer that is day light robbery they took my 1 vodabuck when I tried shaking it said SHAKE IS CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE I never got my shake back was told to call 0821949 for assistance no assistance from 0821949 they wanted IVR access code. Then comes Puzzle pieces I got 3 puzzle pieces which I could not get Error : SORRY YOU HAVE ALREADY COLLECTED THIS PUZZLE PIECE AFTER I USED MY 3 VODABUCK I GOT THE SAME MESSAGE SORRY YOU HAVE ALREADY COLLECTED THIS PUZZLE PIECE I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED THE WORST IS THERE IS NO ONE THAT CAN HELP WHEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE

Horrible pizza for R199
Debonairs pizza Dube is the worst place to order in late afternoon this is the 2nd time I placed an order it took them an hour plus to deliver and the pizza was dry

AWESOME
Went to Hulala Lakeside OMW the place was great and the staff as well. Meals were superb. I was in small heaven and had a time of my life
