Pick n Pay Fish Hoek, I will never buy their Golden pockets or Samosas, they have me wrong flavour 2 times. I ordered Boerwors flavour but I got a Potato curry, returned them and they gave me wrong ones again. They don’t know what they doing, their labelling is incorrect.
I bought a Small Something Meaty Pizza at Debonairs Blue Route Mall today at 12:21, when I opened it to eat, it was dry and there’s nooooo cheese at all, no cause and very few toppings. I couldn’t send it back cause I have a small baby and that was going to cost me another Uber money. I have taken pictures.
What a waste of my money, my time and my electricity. I bought pork meat (head) on the 16th,kept in the freezer and only cooked it today the 22nd, the smell was so unpleasant and the meat turned pink in the pot as I was cooking it. If they can refund my money and have their items tested before they sell them.
What a terrible service I received at Pick n Pay Fish Hoek on different occasions. I bought 3 Ham and Cheese Samosas (Pockets as pe their term) on a Sunday on my way from Church, they gave me potato curry,I was very lucky that the first bite was in store,I returned them to the lady that was working at the Deli on that day, she told me to give her 15min to make Ham and Cheese pockets that I ordered. The following Sunday,I went after church and bought Fried Snoek Fish,I ate on my way home,my stomach couldn’t even wait for me to get home,it started running just after the last bite. Last week Sunday on 13th of October,I went again to buy Ham and cheese Samosas, I had a chat with this African lady that was helping me,I told her about the 2 incidents, she then helped me,as she was giving me the pockets,I said “I hope these are the correct ones this time”,few steps away from her,I took a first bite ,it was a spicy mince flavour, not what I ordered, I returned them to her and she called a coloured lady to attend to this, she check on the other 2 that were in the tray, they were Ham and Cheese flavour and they were all in the same Tray with the ones I got and all labelled as Ham and Cheese,I was told to wait 15min while she is making my Ham and Cheese. While I was waiting,I asked for the Manager,a tall dark African guy can and attended to this, he listened to my story looking soooo puzzled and he told me to wait he is coming back,he went to speak to the lady and came back to me carrying a book/diary, he worse something down and took my details and you could see that he is just doing this to get me off his eyes and told me that the store manager is not in store at the moment and he will pass the message to her when she is back and he is so sorry for that. He then went on telling me that they have new ladies working in the Deli,I told him that is not my problem that you don’t train your staff before they start serving customers.I never received a call or anything from them as they do not care about their customers as well as their customers health and wellness.I am sooooo very disappointed.
Poor service ever! Booked a bus for 11am but we were only told when we got to the station that the Bus is running 2hrs late,sat at the station for 3hrs with no one informing the customers of where the bus is and when is the bus coming.
What an excellent service they have,I could track where my parcel is using their waybill number.On the day of the delivery they were in contact with me calling and informing me about everything until the parcel was delivered.Keep up the good work guys. Thank you Tumie Tyhobeka
On the 13th May I wanted to buy a dress at the Exact store in Cape Town Golden Ache Mall,I had to stand at the counter (Till) for more than 10 min waiting for a cashier to assist,no one helped me they just carried on with their duties as it looked like they were counting stock or packing new stock cause there was a courier guy with boxes.I ended up going to another store to buy a dress as I had a function coming on the weekend. The guy that was working by the door had noticed when I was walking out and asked me if I had been assisted and I told him no,he called the lady that was at the till wanting to know why was I not assisted,she looked at him and she didn’t reply. Very bad service and unacceptable attitude.
Excellent courier service I received.My Parcel took 3 days to go to JHB from CPT. SMS updates of where your parcel is. Thank you Paxi for your amazing service.
Never use again, very bad service,no communication.I waited for my delivery for 2 weeks after it has arrived to them in their Cape Town branch Airport.I spent more than R200 airtime calling them and they transferred me so many time to people who are not giving a straight answer of when I will get my delivery.After all that they told me my Area where I live is a high risk area I will have to go wait for the driver by the nearest police station.They never called me to tell me when is the driver coming and I had to call them again after a day of my parcel not being delivered, they then told me they have another driver that can deliver to my house.Nave ever again.
