While booking a flight, thei managed to save my banking detail and subscriber me to a annual subscription paid monthly. If you try and unsubscribe, they inform you that payment will continue for the year regardless. They are ****ming multiple people with this trap.
Ater three weeks my deposit has still not been paid back, car was returned on time with no damage. No answer at your CallCentre.
They took the booking money and the deposit money in less than a minute, but it has been three weeks, and the deposit has not been returned although the car was returned with no damage or addition cost that would apply. Dialing the CallCentre results in no answer, the link on their Email re the terms for the "authorization hold" leads to a page that does not exist. Im sure I will receive the deposit back as soon as that received the interest on it.
Their telemarketing division keeps calling me unsolicited, they do not want to waste their own tine so that are using a BOT to waste my time. Ruthless and relentless telemarketing.
Absolute ******** activity, Subscribing you to a service without approval, no way to unsubscribe.
The CallCentre thy use is rotating telephone numbers to try and trick clients I have asked them 7 days in a row to stop calling me and the next day they just call from a different number.
Very dangerous and negligent company to deal with. They have been in possession of a sensitive/dangerous item for 7 days now and I cannot track it and it is impossible to call them even on their sensitive packages escalation numbers to find out where it is at present. The SLA according to their site has been breached days ago already. I have no idea if this package is still in their possession or if it is putting people's lives at risk. I'm really glad that I am the recipient and not the sender at this is not a good situation at all.
I was "tricked" into signing a contract with MTN for a Samsung S21FE phone and a Samsung tablet. It has been more than a month and I still have not received the tablet and despite all my efforts to make contact, MTN and Samsung has not provided me with a official response. Essentially I have signed a 2 year contract for a device and the supplier is not delivering it and they are avoiding me. This may be a scam, I am still trying to determine if the service is shocking or if they lied to me.

The absolutely last in the queue when it comes to client service. Have been struggling with upload speed issues for 6 days now and no intelligent feedback from Herotel. I even gave then a screen dump of where the problem lies on their backbone but they are to high and mighty to try and sort out my issue. Sales component is strong but support does not exist. Due to them I am unable to conduct remote meeting and my children can not participate in online schooling.
