My bonus payouts never received after bonus rounds yesterday and probably more days than I can count. No Top up Tuesday monies added to my account for months. No R1000 rand withdrawal made was paid out yet and I had all other withdrawals received. Well I am hoping it was sent with Betway you can never tell. The game I play 99.9% of the time is Monopoly big baller. The game just logs you out and then it's out of service when you win a few rounds and that's why I didn't receive my withdrawal of a R1000 and I have no winnings from my bonus rounds paid to me. My account just reads R0. 00 rands in my account but I deposited money. I want my money paid out for my bonus rounds. I want my R1000 withdrawal that I made almost a week ago via thw STD bank option and I want my Tuesdays Tops up I didn't receive for the past few months today nd no later than today
I write this review with so much anger and disappointment. I recently as in Saturday bought alcohol for a staff party and wanted to return the goods as the persons who was having the staff party cancelled due to the process of retrenchment. It's quite obvious that no one wants to party with retrenchments looming. I went to Tops on Weeto speak about returning the alcohol which is safely stored at home untouched. Gawie the manager then stand before me and then tells me that he will not take back the alcohol that I bought SATURDAY the 25th November 2023. And I asked him as a consumer do I not have the right to return such items if there is mitigating circumstances and e point blank told me that I do not have the right to return and get my money back as he has the. right to decline my return. This is money taken from out of m pocket as I was doing the party people a favour by buying this alcohol with my hard earned money which he is telling me he won't give back. I am going through this retrenchment as well and cannot afford to keep alcohol that I don't even drink. I m asking for your urgent assistance in this matter to rectify this wrong. Came here at 12 today because I was at the day hospital in Parow and was told that even though I had a referral letter from a doctor that my daughter visited the day before. I then thought let me take my daughter to Karl Bremmer Hospital as I know they are a very good hospital. My daughter was diagnosed by her G P for Bells Palsy in January 2023 and was given medicine to help alleviate the pain and symptoms. She has to date been back in JUNE and then again yesterday as she was suffering from headaches and severe pain down her right arm. I thought I would bring her to the hospital who helped me when I came in. We arrived at 12 and up until now have still not been helped. My daughter was placed on the color green as not critical and waiting time to be helped would be within 4 hours and we are going into the 9th hour. She was placed on the green list because when her BP was taken it wasn't that high 169/89 and to them she seemed fine. Yet up until now after pain meds was given after a wait of 6 hours and yes she had to wait on this too as the attending sister totally forgot about her. This is a disgrace to think that your loved one is in pain and you have to watch the hours pass by without her being attended to. Government hospital.. You must wait your turn or leave without being attended to. Making your entire day seem worthless. People telling you you won't be helped after sitting for nearly a half a day. Ridiculous is not the word to use. It is now almost 9 hours at this hospital and still now help.
You should be ashamed of yourself Betway. I got a call from a gentleman named Tony at 14:33pm today stating that I had been credited with a R300 that was owed to me from the days I lost my money. I checked and saw yes it was indeed true. I get home and logged in guess what... R300 missing. What are you doing to us. We lose money without betting. You say did we do auto bets. You give a 3 rolls bonus game you don't pay it out. I deposit a R350 for the 1st and 2nd Aug... My account is logged out money missing. You paid a R90 the 14th Aug and said another a R300 was credited... It' appears then disappears. What do you gain by doing this to your customers. I was asked to write a new review stating I was happy and I got back atleast some of my money you owed me. Well no... I refuse to give a good review when you just did exactly the same thing you previously did. Money there... Gone again... You are ****s. That's all I am going to say on this review.

I am writing this out of sheer frustration right now. I have been gambling since about April on the Betway app.and recently discovered some issues which I have been trying to address. I bought the normal Blu vouchers in last week it came to about R350. First I experienced terrible technicalities during the period of 31st July up until 2nd Aug 2023 I think it was. I added money via these vouchers and as I was playing it kept logging me out and in but my money was slowly dwindling and I thought oh well I probably just bet on the Monopoly Big Baller game. Then I to my dismay my balance on both days the 1st and 2nd while I was being logged in and out the game just basically disappeared. To add to the madness I spoke to agents of the 'casino' side of Betway not once being helped. I spoke to Tomei... Teddy... Boi and this evening finally spoke to a Pamela. Who then asked me if I had any auto plays in my games I played. I told her no also gave her a screenshot of my 3 rolls bonus game that since Sunday was not paid out to me. So I consider this my last resort. Every time I have eventually connected with an agent.. They just disconnect my talk with nothing ever resolved. I'm know my limits therefore I do not bet high or use money for rent etc but m spending money each month to do a bit of gambling. I am not angry when I don't win or curse while on the game but enough is now enough. It's been days and nothing is resolved I even got a ticket logged for the winnings that was supposed to be paid to me but no money ever came into my account. This is daylight *******. Money just gets goes missing off my balance those 2 days in a row. And because of the issues there is no record of my Blu vouchers I added on those 2 days of 1-2Aug neitheris there any records of my bets placed and no one gives a damn. I know I'm not a high roller but geez my money remains my money and it they were having technical issues why was the game not shut down. A R350 may not be alot to them and my 3 "rolls bonus game winnings may not have been thousands but it is still my hard earned money. I want my money balances restored and my winnings of the 3rolls bonus game paid into my balance as well. The lady at the till is named Natasha who had given me a hard time. I recently purchased a top and dress cash and also made a lay bye for 3 other dresses on the 23rd April 2022 and then also bought some other clothing at another store. A week later on the 30th April I went back to cancel my lay bye because I no longer wanted the one item and just wanted to purchase the 2 in my lay bye . The message printed on the receipt reads as follows. Please collect items before lay bye expires or you will forfeit your deposit and nowhere does it actually state that you cannot cancel your lay bye. I had spoken to the lady in charge and was told no I can't cancel my lay bye and she exchanged the item that I bought the previous week as it states an item can only be replaced no cash refund can be given. I know stores need money as Covid 19 has hit hard on many little shops owned privately. But to want me to purchase the 2 instead of 3 items did the lay bye on is outrageous to say the least. I was told she will not cancel my lay bye and that I would have to pay the full price on my items and also she would give me a voucher. I'm other words they will hold my money and even if I do not want anything in the store ever again. I would not get my money back ever. This voucher comes in the form of a receipt in writing that they owed me money. I then told her so you want me to spend more money in your shop even though I want to take the 2 and not 3 items. She told me point blank. She can't cancel my lay bye and there is nothing she or I can do about this matter. I am tired of people abusing the consumers rights and to say that she refused to help me is sn infringement of my consumer rights. How many people have they done this to propels who do not know their rights as consumers. She persisted in saying I must pay for all 3 items even though the stores policy on the receipt does not say anything regarding canceling of a lay bye but only states that you will forfeit your deposit if you do not fetch your lay bye. I want money back... It was the very first time I bought a this privately owned store and will not buy there ever again. Does a consumer not have the right to change his or her mind. Why do these shops want to coerse people into buying or dealing with the store if they are forced to buy clothing that they don't want to... Or forced to pay for stuff and then have their money taken by force... their hard earned money wasted because now they are obligated because of some voucher. What kind of tactic is that. Good day Hello Peter I am sending this review on behalf of my Fiance. My name is Rave Pretorius and my ID number is 7110195432083 and my cell number is 0720609799 I would like to put in a complaint about DSTV. I had canceled my subscription in October 2021 way ahead of the scheduled cut off time and yet after canceling DSTV still deducted money from bank account on numerous occasions. I have used my Standard bank account for subscriptions only. I have been battling to close my bank account because I needed it for the reversal of funds that needed to be paid into this account. It's been months now and I have had to pay account fees every month so that this account could stay open. After I don't know how many calls the reversal of funds are still outstanding. I went to visit the DSTV office and was assured my money would be paid into my bank account by Thursday the 28th April latest by Friday 29th. Still no payment received as yet. I would to know who is going to foot the bill for my bank account fees. I would like to know when my money will appear in my account. I spoke not only to a consultant but the also to the Supervisor on that for that days. He was he one who assured me of my payment. It's now a week later with still no money in sight. I would like my credit to be processed immediately with the banking fees included for each month I had to leave this account open. I trust you will find a way to resolve this matter immediately as always.
