I'm only rating a 1 because there's no 0 rating. I placed my orders in May and June, still waiting for them. They've blocked all calls and not responding to inbox messages as well. They're behaving like hardcore scamers because they continue advertising but not delivering
Ticket #129762 I am due for a refund for online purchase that was returned back from Pargo point but the store just closed my ticket and told that the store which the goods were returned to should refund me. Which store? Who should be following up with the store? How long will it take? What is required from me?
The service of this credit provider is appalling! I settled their loan on the 16th and they confirmed the payment, only for them to debit again on the 25th. I sent 4 emails already and no one bothered to get back to me. Now their lines are not hoing through
I had the worst KFC experience today. I bought a Vodapay exclusive special for collection at Butterworth Bell Street. I sent my sister to collect, who travelled from our in Centane spending R33*2 = R66. When she got there the manager said it is an error but she will assist my sister as it was not our error, but later on said he won't assist as this was a system error. Other people got their orders in some stores, and that's what makes me angry the most. I shouldn't be unconvinced by an error that wasn't made by me. According to Consumer Protection Act, the service provider is obligated to fulfill the purchase offer they made to the customer if the purchase was done based on the offer they made. The manager and the lady cared less about me, even after i suggested that they ask their support centre how they can better handle this incident. Im very disappointed and feel disrespected.
I got to the Mtata Savoy Spar Postnet at 12:32 on Saturday 5/01/2019 and it was closed already....while the operating times are registered and recorderd as 8h00-13h00. Considering that Sundays are closed this is totally unacceptable and such an inconvenience
I had the worst experience with Telkom today. I lost my phone end of November and couldn't immediately do a sim swap as it is only done in the branch which is 240km away from where i stay. Yesterday 19th Dec i go to their East London branch to do a sim swap and it was succesful that i even loaded my sim with airtime, only to wake up this morning with no network whatsoever. I call Telkom helpland they advise me to ho back to the branch as they won't be able to assist me over the phone! Bare in mind i just spent R320 the previous day going to East London from Mqanduli, plus I'm working so i can't just go to EL in any day. I'm so full with this network shame.... after recommending it to soo many people who ported because of how highly i spoke of them ??
