I HAVE CANCELLED ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH TELKOM DUE TO THE EXTREMELY PAINFUL EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THEM.
I recently had to claim for a windscreen replacement and i have to say that Prime was on the ball, everything was approved within hours windscreen fitted and sorted. I get calls daily from other car insurance providers and i don't give them the time of day, why should i? when I'm covered by Prime! Fantastic service guys❤️
Telkom LTE and even internet connectivity is extremely poor. It is not worth the money we pay for such a poor service provider. #MothersDayTreats
I recently had the pleasure of speaking to Delene - consultant via telephone from the Chatsworth Centre Mtn store. She was extremely helpful and gave me insights and information that assisted me in making an informed decision as to my needs and requirements. We should have more people like this who are courteous and go the extra mile to attain customer satisfaction. Good job Delene!
I recently went to Flame'ous situated in the Chatsworth Centre and purchased a vegetarian burger for my daughter to takeaway. When we arrived home and she bit into the burger, she noticed that it was rock hard, so we removed the patty from the bun and inspected it - the patty was burned all around the edges and still frozen in the middle. Not only is it a total disappointment, it was an utter waste of money and she was still left hungry as it was inedible. Pull up your socks guys!
I recently Purchased a demo model from Suzuki Northcliff. Yesterday i received my statement from MFC, and had a good look at it, the figures did not add up so i called them, to my horror i was informed that there was a value added service added to my contract that i have been paying for - included in my premium ( a scratch and dent policy). I asked the lady at MFC to send me the contract, i admit i had signed, but the policy was placed in "other category", the box allocated to value added services were blank. I absolutely agree that in the hub hub of rushing to get the paperwork done and the nitty gritty details, i should have double and triple checked the document before i signed, therefore i accept responsiblity for not doing that. My aim here is to ask anyone to please read and re-read their contract before signing and ask questions- the more , the better. I would also like to forewarn anyone that is dealing with Tapfuma Tsvuura at Northcliff Suzuki to either ask for another salesperson or make sure that every communication and or transaction with this man is transparent. he is unreliable, never responds to calls, messages , whatsapps, but most of all DISHONEST, to this day he has not disclosed that i have had a policy added to my premium( that was not my choice ) - seems that he made this decision for me all by himself. Guys, i had taken out a scratch and dent policy with another service provider, i now have been paying for 2 policies all this time. Nevertheless i cannot cry over spilt milk, but i can serve as an example so that other people are not taken advantage of or do not fall prey to Sales people like TAPFUMA TSVUURA. He has tarnished the reputation of Suzuki Northcliff and i will never see them in the same light again.

<div>Absolutely recommend Anita Prinsloo (for new car sales only). I have had a wonderful experience dealing with her, she is fantastic at her job, honest, reliable and goes over and above to make sure that her customers are getting the best. I cannot say the same for the used cars part of the team - no idea why they have been split up into 2, i did not have a good experience with them at all - would not recommend. So i'm sorry to say that this review is a mixed one where the two are like chalk and cheese.</div>
I have shopped with Snatcher online store before and did not have any issues, i received regular updates on my orders and deliveries were within a week or so. Recently the service has become extremely poor, whereby i ordered an item that they could not source. I had to email them every few days for an update on my order when i was informed almost 2 weeks later that they could not get the item from the supplier. Why are items advertised if they cannot be sourced? I now have to wait for my refund and e-mail Dorothy again for an update on my refund( a week later). I am extremely dissapointed at the service, turnaround time and overall experience. I may now have to look at other online stores for future purchases.
