No empathy from staff members at Mall of Africa Cinnabon
I did a comparison with Hippo, and their quote was the lowest, I then requested a call back, we did a telephone quote and we agreed on R1400, when they send a Debi Check it said the monthly premium is R2000, I rejected the Debi check and spoke to one of their consulted who explained that the R1400 is only active as a 29% back on my premium if I drive less than 300 kms, I then explained to her she needs to cancel my contract with then which I believed she did but today they went ahead and debited me R2000. Pineapple I want my money back please cause I didn't approve the Debi check and I agreed with the consultant that I am cancelling my contract with you.
I have never worked with employees as *********** as Alexandra Forbes. I resigned in October 2023 and to date 5 months later my pension fun is still not paid. Every time I call they say the query has been sent to back office and they'll call me back but none of them had actually called back. I don't know what needs to be done but something has to be done about their employees cause wow their level if *********** is higher than the sky.
On 27 November 2023 I got a call from homechoice and they were in luck cause I was looking for blankets. Me and the lady stayed on that call for more than 30 minutes to make sure the order was fine and I also confirm that I want a cash sale cause I don't like instalments. Within 2 days I receive a debi check from them which I accepted. 3 days later I received a call from the dispatching department to confirm the order again and we both agreed that it will be delivered within 7 days. 11 days later I still haven't received my order and me being me I called to make a follow up, was I not surprised to find out that my order was cancelled, I asked why they say I didn't confirm the order with the dispatching department. I asked the lady are your calls recorded or not she said yes and I politely asked her to listen to the recording to prove that I did confirm with the despatching department she hung up on me. I called again and I was told it was a wrong department I asked to speak to the manager they refused to transfers me. I called the despatching department again and I was told that my order was cancelled because I was unemployed (2 different reasons why my order was cancelled) Homechoice need to hire a very good trainer to train their staff members on customer service because they are very unprofessional and they will come up with reasons not to deliver your order as if they giving you the products for free And by the way I was told to order again and pay the normal price and my original order was the Black Friday deals
I went to Clicks Protea Glen Mall and called an employee who was wearing a Clicks uniform not being aware that she's the manager, I asked her about the bottle warmers if they work with electricity or are they chargeable, with an attitude she answered "I don't know, I don't have kids" as if you need to have kids to have knowledge about your stock as a manager.. I was assisted by a very nice gentlemen who was packing stock by the name of Monwabisi (excellent customer service) he also said he was not sure and started reading the box and opened it to confirm my query.
We installed ADT November 2022 after we had a break in October, in December it was working perfectly, beginning of Jan 2023 it stopped working, we logged a call the whole of Jan and nobody came to fix it, tried our luck again in Feb but still no luck, then I decided to reverse my payment for the month of February and they started calling asking why there was no payment for Feb and my answer was I can't be making payments for a service I am not receiving, they promised to come and fix in Feb after the call but nobody came. We kept on logging calls from Feb up until a Good Samaritan by the name of Elen or Elaine, called us in June and they finally came to fix. But ever since they came to fix they are demanding payments from Feb until now and my answer to Ruth Van Wyk from the accounts department was that I can't make a payment for a service I've never received meaning I will only make a payment for June and July, they never deducted the money for June and July cause they wanted me to also make payments for all the months I missed and ended up disconnecting the system due to non payment. Now my plea is for them to come and take out their system so I can install from another company who understands customers service and the importance of a customer as well as the urgency of fixing things on time.
Ordered my food at 18h56 canceled the order at 20h29 cause WOW their service is so slow
Good service when they making a sale, doesn't give problems when returning stock (cause they'll have their goods to sell and make more money) worst service when refunding your money, it's been 3 weeks now and to date still I haven't received my money back
