Great Service!
Always a pleasure to deal with them. My only gripe is that 100% of the underighting is done over the phone and it takes soooooo loooooong. I wish they had a few more automated options via their app or portal.

Pathetic Service, I will never use FASTWAYS again ever!!!!!!!
If their was a ZERO star button I would select it. This has to be the worst courier in SA., I will never use them again. Its not the first time I had bad service. You cannot get hold of anyone. They all hide behind WA that does not work and Facebook messanger that also does not work. Thier is no one to call or speak to. 5 days for a local collection and delivery is totaly unacceptable. I cannot even collect from the depot since the telehone number given just goes to voice mail.

Umhlamga Cabanas - Beekman Group Squeezing out original owners.
The managing agents/owners of this resort are not to be trusted. They raised a ridiculous special Levy at their AGM in December of R16000K per week, for "Renovations" to the resort. They do not get back to time share owners in a respectable fashion and make ******* demands and add ******* penalty interest to accounts. This is all just a game to squeeze out as many of the current original owners. They make it impossible to setup payment plans for special levies!

Quick, Easy and Hassel free replacment of Cell Phone, even whilst on Holiday!
Had a mishap with my daughters IPHONE and some sea water, resulting in an unusable phone whilst on holiday. You know how teenagers can be when they loose a cell phone, its worse than loosing a limb or vital organ :-) Anyhow we reported it to Discovery Insure and the process was easy, quick and effortless. The service received from their suppliers was also very good. The consultant at Discovery Insure (Vusumzi Mqokozo ********** ) who dealt with our claim also made sure that everything went smoothly and was very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. The claim was resolved in a couple of days and then we had a very happy teenager again!! Well Done Discovery Insure! and Vusumzi Mqokozo!
