istore sale I selected 6 months option however float did 2 debits on same day of R1823.67 and 9123.33. What is going on? It was supposed to deduct R1823.67 x 6.
FNB South Africa #FNBConnect has blocked my number without an explanation. All they keep saying for 3 weeks now is that they are escalating to the admin team who clearly have no clue how to resolve this!! I have had this number for more than 10 years!!! Surely this is *******!!

This is an official complaint on the terrible service received from Sanlam. I requested an RA transfer from FNB to Sanlam in March 2024. It is now June 2024 and the funds are not allocated to the existing Retirement Annuity fund as a result I am missing out on the interest that I could be earning on the funds. How can a transfer take more than 6 weeks? Where are the funds currently as they don't reflect on my portfolio app? How do I print my tax certificate when the funds are missing???
Scam Artists claiming to be selling compost. Scammed me saying they used 80 bags of compost yet the patch of grass is very small in Pretoria moot. These crooks need to be arrested. Because they have my home address I didn't want to cause a scene so I paid them so they can leave. I pray that one day that they meet their match who will avenge all the people they have scammed.
To say I'm impressed would be an understatement. I placed my order yesterday and it arrived today. It was so beautifully wrapped and had a well written card as per the website. Don't even waste your time. Very poor service. They dont return calls nor do they respond to emails. I bought a house in Nov 2021 it's Feb 2022 and i still havent signed any documents for the transfer. As a property investor for 10 yrs these are by far the worst attorneys service ever. Stormelita and Leon never communicate at all unless you initiate the communication even then they dont respond to calls or emails. Even if you leave a message with the receptionist they never call back
Brand new haval jolion not even 2 weeks old and there is a fuse issue. Car towed away and no courtesy car issued. A car that goes to the workshop is now a 2nd hand car. I want a refund!!
Every month its something faulty that leaves me without electricity for 3 to 5 days. I received a new Conlog prepaid meter from Tshwane in June and every month its a new issue. The prepaid meter is faulty and today its officially dead due to load shedding and the power surge. 5 month old meter and its dead. The technician took 24 hrs to arrive, check the street pole connection and concluded that "the fault is on the consumer side". How does he knownwhen he didjt evenngrt in the yard to check the actual meter box? The back office then called me at 5pm to confirm if my electricity works. Couldnt they have called to tell me the technician is on his way so i can excuse myself fromnwork to let him in? Or atleast have the technician call me to say he is at the property to gain access. Now they paid for an unresolved call out fee. This is consumer abuse. Im tired of being in the dark due to their misaligned processes. Its like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. I could have died because of ignorance at this hospital, i arrived there in extreme pain and the guy at reception screamed at the top of his lungs for everyone in the waiting room to hear that my medical aid doesn't have savings as such I cant afford to see a Dr. As if i cannot afford to pay cash if need be. I waited a long time even after completing the forms before seeing a Dr. I was then called in by a very rude/tired nurse to the trauma room to wait for the Dr, the room was so cold and the other patient was literally an arm's reach away from me separated by blue curtain. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the useless Dr that didn't even check my vitals, she just stood there asked me what was wrong then dismissed me by telling me to rather go see a Gynecologist with her referral letter that didn't even have an ICD10 code on it. so I basically paid R750 for nothing. I got so sick later that evening that i ended up in the emergency and surgery at the life eugene marais hospital were i received excellent service from reception to trauma to surgery. This 1 star is for the triage nurse at the Akasia hospital who was fast in taking my info and vitals. The rest of the people gave **** service!! That Dr doesn't seem to know what she is called to do! She didn't even check my temperature! Useless, i actually want my R750 back!
