terrible service from these people booked a flight with insurance so i could be refunded in case it changed turns out they dont refund at all insurance refunded me R150 in lieu of the R900 that i initially paid told them to place my booking on hold booking has now expired and no one informed me that booking was gonna expire - will never book with them money hungry freaks
these guys are the worst of the worst - shein should not use them for deliveries in SA. they dont update on their site when one tries to track order and takes over 2 weeks to deliver cant phone or chat to anyone to ask what is happening - skynet just stop delivering shein parcels please - or go take notes from IMILE best for international packages

Bought a ticket and had to cancel for personal reasons - even bought travel insurance in case i need to cancel or change flight - cancelled flight and now requesting refund and airlink telling me i need to contact discovery for my refund as they will only be paying me R163 ? like how the heck - when did i sign up to request monies form Discovery who in turn now is asking me why i need to cancel and claims need to be approved etc etc .. like how the heck is this even right- why do I have to explain why I cant go away - i just want my damn money or a voucher like SAFAIR does - even tried to change the flight to a later date and they want to charge me R552 this is just day light *******- would neve have booked with this stupid airline if I knew it would be this much trouble to get my money out of them I'm so irritated - give me my money back airlink/discovery.
Thanks to the metrofibre/gigago team who assisted me these last few days with my vumatel issue trying to calm down an angry customer who was waiting for 5 days for wifi cables to be fixed could not have been an easy task thanks alot to Shandre from Gigago
Sunday my Wi-Fi internet showed a red light meaning internet line was off- contacted metrofibre and they couldn't fix it so logged a ticket with Vumatel it is now Wednesday and i have repeatedly sent emails and called metrofibre whose only response was that they have escalated the issue with Vumatel - vumatel technician came this morning but could not fix the issue because he didn't bring some machine that traces where the line is broken??? so another technician was supposed to come and here i am still waiting for that technician - so basically I'm paying for a Wi-Fi that has been off for almost a week and metrofibre's response is they have done all they can do. I am now at wits end and unable to contact anyone at Vumatel as metrofibre has mentioned on several occasions. this is just absolutely unfair and incredibly irritating. I understand that metro and vuma are seperate companies but can this not be logged with their management. they keep telling me that vumatel has 3-5 working days ETA - like why would it even take that long to come out and fix a line - but when I ordered the Wi-Fi with them it wasn't even a day and the technicians were there to install. TODAY IS DAY 5 WITHOUTH WIFI !! and this after I have been singing there praises ever since they installed my Wi-Fi at the beginning of the year. :( :( :(

MIGRATION FROM CELL C TO MTN HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE - HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REACH AFRIHOST BUT TO NO AVAIL. MY MTN ROUTER HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I RECEIVED IT LAST MONTH. I AM UNABLE TO CONNECT WIFI ROUTER TO A PC - AND THEY KEEP SENDING ME STUPID STEPS THAT ARE NOT WORKING- WHY DO I HAVE TO CONFIGURE SETTINGS WHEN AFRIHOST IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE SORTED THIS BEFORE THEY DELIVERED THE ROUTER - WHY DO I HAVE TO CHANGE SETTINGS ON THE ROUTER - HAVE WHATSAPPED/ CALLED /LIVE CHAT ALWAYS OFFLINE/CALL BACK REQUESTS . HOW IS THIS GOING TO BE RESOLVED - MY CELL C DATA IS NEARLY FINISHED AND I AM PAYING FOR A ROUTER THAT IS NOT WORKING - THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER - WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS FURTHER WITH SOMEONE HIGHER UP OR SOMEONE WHO IS ABLE TO FIX WHATEVER IS NOT WORKING .
Placed an order 11:15am by 12:30 the order was still not here. it is now 13:30 and still the order is not here- tried to call numerous times to no avail - i am absolutely disgusted by this... will not buy from Barcelos again
