Bad service and bad value for money at R2400 hotel room per night. Moved our stuff 3 times aircons not working. Furniture and facilities are old and run down. Camping and gardens in terrible state.
I have requestef help from Wesbank when purchasing a vehicle. After only 7 days and provided them with all documents of which the latest was 13 December 2024, no feedback, no assistance. No rights to return as a consumer. Worst service, will have to seek Legal assistance.
Sold a vehicle with body damage and no spare key without informing me and does not take accountability. Ignores all emails after only 7 days of possession the vehicle, recuses themselves and do not offer a resolution
Reserved a vehicle with defects not reflecting on the Dekra report. Cancelled and now struggling to get the R5000 back its been almost 10 days now. The contact number is inopperable
No support on a new installation, no communication on a query. Would not recommend to anyone. No fibre
On 1 December I had to replace my PVR with an Explorer due to the signal and the fact that the PVR going obsolete. I went to the accredited Multichoice agent in Ermelo. During the installation the Technician broke the Optic fibre cable off in the socket hence damaging the socket, he apologized that he broke the cable and said that we have to just buy another one at Pick 'n Pay, which we did only to find that the socket was damaged inside the TV. I have had several problems with the set up, the technician keeps saying we do not need the cable. I cannot use my system as it was intended and after I filled in the survey Multichoice called and said they will get back to me on the problem. I paid R2000 just to be more frustrated. To date I have received nothing. I have been a customer for DSTV/Multichoice since 2002. Terrible service.
