Poor service
I had speed issues from the last few days. I was on 1000 mbps line but i am only getting 60 mbps which was escalated to metrofibre and they have sent technicians to swap wifi router and lost internet from 11 am before swap was initiated and still no feedback from metrofibre.Now the swap is also unsuccesful.

I am not able to create a transaction for more than 3 weeks and they are not refunding my amount which was transferred to their account. Sent all the required documents last week and they haven't processed my refund yet. They are holding my funds for last 3 weeks. They can't provide reason why APP is not working. Use less service

Forcing me to visit branch during covid times
Received an email to visit branch to submit my ID and Proof of Address. Due to COVID, I am not keen visiting branch and requested them to accept my docs through email but they are not ready assist as they mentioned that I don't have private banker. So if I have private banker I can submit them. Is this to force me to upgrade my account so that I can get a private banker and they can charge me more? If this was any time, I would have visited branch. They can approve loans online without visiting branch but now they cannot accept docs through mail.

Car Seat discount - contact centre
They have advertised for Car seat discount on their website and trying to get that voucher is a nightmare. Called contact centre on 22nd and they advised that it will be done in 4 working days. As I haven't received feedback from them, called again today and now they said 48 hours. I am sure that I am not going get any feedback in 48 hours. Pathetic service from them. Haven't expected this from Discovery insure.

Cellc Fraud
Bought a sim card from Cellc Carlswald store on a deal for black friday for 50 GB for R500 but only 18 GB's were allocated and customer care is not ready to help with it.

Forex delivery fee
I booked a deal with fnb forex online for more than R25000 and they mentioned that there will be no delivery fee charge but the fee was deducted from my account. I have been contacting fnb regarding this matter for more than a month and they always mention that it will be refunded today and till now there is no refund happened.
