Bolt Disaster
I paid for a bolt ride home from OR Tambo airport. Got into corolla with a 55 in registration number. Once in the car the driver refuses to go saying I am in the wrong car and chuck me out. In the process I lost my glasses. Stay away from bolt, dishonest people

Kenian Airways USELESS
Total disaster, never seen sych a mess. Sitting at Nairobi airport, staff run around like headless chicken. Boarding pass does not work. About 15 people missed our flight to Dar Es Salaam. This is my second disasttous experience with Kenian airways in 60 days.. My suggestion- dont fly Kenian Airways. Dont go through Nairobi airport either, you get off a plain and have to go through security again for flight transfer, standin 2 hours to go through security. You wont see me again, your systems are rotten

Villa Bolati, Cote d'Ivoire
An absolute nightmare. The road leading to this establishment is a disaster. Private pool and jacussi an absolute joke, the pool in front of the living room of the occuoants of the ground floor. Still to find the jacussi. The location is in an rural area, who want a view of shacks and unkept area around the house? I advise anybody to stay away from Villa Bolati, an total ripoff.

Bad service, terrible food
Service non existing, have to call waiter everytime we place order. Wrong food delivered but we accept due to the very very long waiting time. . Food wàs overcooked and extremely dry. STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET UPSET!!!!

Robbers
Robbed by hotel staff. Two parcels was delivered to hotel to be collected when I arrive at hotel. Hotel have no system to trace deliveries. My parcels was stolen by hotel staff as I have proof that deliveries were made. Manager excuse is that they cannot find the parcels. Double Tree Hotel 525 8th Avenue New York, NY 10018

Useless staff
Useless staff. If you are prepared to wait for hours to speak to a consultant, this is the branch to visit. After waiting the guarantee is that will they be unable to assist. The excuse " THE SYSTEM SAYS " make me flying through the roof. What a shame on ABSA.
