Ive been with dial direct for 4 years now. Lately twice a week one of their agents calls me for - funeral cover - dent cover and all of the above that ive never asked for. If i say no they get so rude and put the phone down in your ear. I never asked them to call me and when i say no then its my fault.
Good day. Me and my daughter went to retail crossing - wilgehuwel yesterday and went inside. we were the only people inside and waited 22 min to get served where we were told you do you sell any burgers because its breakfast time. We went out to go through the drive through. Since the lady didnt want to take my order for a burger i orderd 2 happy meals - 1 with nuggets and 1 with a burger. 45min later upon receiving our order i had to return the drinks as it was not what i orderd. i wanted to exchange 1 toy and i was told you only have 1 toy and dont do books anymore. We left for home and when we got home 1 happy meal had 3 nuggets and the other had nothing but chips. As a pregnant woman i was really dissapointed and living 20 min away i wasnt going to go back. I had to change my child's surname on her birth certificate. Its been over a year i've been following up with them. They don't answer any phone calls and when i do get a response on e mail i am told to wait another 2 weeks. Its been over a year and i still have nothing.

Good day. I have insurance with you. Iv'e been with you for a few years. I did not submit anything online or do any requests for a call. Your Lady AVRIL called me out of no where - after telling her that i do not need any upgrade or rim insurance she started screaming at me and going off as if i am the one who called her. I put the phone down in her ear! This is disrespectful and unprofessional! Please tell your people how to deal with clients.
Good Afternoon. I trust you are doing well. I have the Disc-hem app on my phone to get my medication. On the 5th of January i received a phone call from Disc-hem that they cannot deliver my medication because i do not have a Disc-hem card ( Disc-hem has delivered to be before) On the 6th of January My mother received a message that my medication is being delivered - On my app it says its been Delivered yet i still havent received my medication - PLEASE HELP.
I was passing by cresta shopping mall when i popped into PNP to buy tiny tots nappies for my child. i Bought number 4 nappies as stated on the packaging but when i got home and opened the nappies the nappy inside says size 5 which is way too big for my little one. i do not live near cresta. how do i go about returning these nappies as i cannot get any help from anyone at pnp ???
I have an account with Ackerman's. I usually only shop at 1 Ackerman's and now would like to review my statements to see how much i still have left to pay since i usually pay more than i should. I have e mailed 43 Times answering the same questions over and over and they still haven't sent my statement to me. I have phoned multiple times answering their questions then they tell me i should wait 24 hours. its been 3 weeks ive been calling and e mailing and no one is helping me to get my statement so i know how much i owe them. Ive been on their website and logged a querie. Ive been on facebook. ive tried every where and no one is helping me to just get MY STETEMENT THAT THEY SHOULD BE SENDING EACH MONTH!!!! THIS IS HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!!!!!!
Ive been waiting 3 days to find out if my parcle has been dispatched. I received an sms on monday saying they will be here before 12. I waited. By 2 o clock i went on the website to see the tracking it said they attempted to deliver with no answer. I check security cameras an hour before and even after they clained to have been here and no one was here. Since ive been trying to call and no one picks up. Ive been sending facebook msgs and all i get is someone will contact me which never happens. They are useless in delivering. I want to know when ill be getting they said 2 to 3 day delivery its been 4 days now...
Good day. I have ordered and paid for a box of easter eggs on the 30th of march. I was promised same day delivery and was very excited. I asked every day about my delivery and every day the woman had a new story. 2 weeks later she informed me that she cannot deliver only 1 box as they need a min of 10 orders before they deliver. So why didnt she tell me this when i placed my order ??? I asked for a refund after strugglig to get hold of her daily. On whatsapp phone class facebook e mails and phone calls i strugle to get any reply. She said she had paid me back ive been waiting 4 days for the money to reflect and when i call her phone is off and her whatsapp messages are not going through. Im very dissapointed that they advertise these easter boxes for 300 rand but you get no delivery and strugle to get a refund.
