I wanted to order food today from the app and don't know how I clicked on that uber one so they debited my account with R500. Please can you refund my money. No response from customer service.
Happy with the way agent Lungile , handled my query and completed it till I was assisted.
I booked for the 17:20 bus on Thursday , waited so long for the bus to come and eventually it came at 18:30 , from there went to Park Station and waited another hour for the bus to come from Pretoria. Finally we left and the bus charging cable ports werent working we then stopped twice and as we got to PE the driver stopped a few times. It was the LOOOOOOONNGGGGEST bus drive everrrrr. We were suppose to reach PE at 07:30am we only got to PE at 11am. I then went immediately to Eldo coaches to get a refund and the lady cancelled the trip home and I then submitted my documents for the refund process on Sunday and everyday resent my documents to the info@eldocoaches.co.za & customerservices@eldocoaches.co.za with no response at all. This was very disappointing!
I haven't had a pleasant experience with signing up with pineapple insurance. They keep giving me the same responses on whatsapp , email and the app, I call the lines I have been given and it doesn't even ring and says not obtainable'''. They have debited my account on the first and then this morning I receive another sms saying they will debit my account soon , how does that even make sense. I logged a claim on the app and haven't heard back since I called in and the agent said he logged the claim someone will call me back , its been three days. I want to cancel and want my money back.
I took out a mtn package consisting of a phone and MADE FOR HOME 30GB data sim. - I wasnt that the sim would only be compatible in certain routers. - I called Mondo on the 9th August to cancel my data sim card so I could apply for a new sim card and router. - I have been calling every other day to date regarding feedback on my query. i KEEP BEING TOLD IT IS BEING ESCALATED OR THAT THE SYSTEM IS OFFLINE. To this day it has been over a month that my query is still being escalated, I AM TIRED OF CALLING AS I HAVENT BEEN USING THE SIM CARD because it works in the router for 45 mins then I have to call MTN again so they can reconnect. I am being charged for something I am not using. I call mtn they tell me it is not cancelled, I get transferred to cancellations and wait on the call for more than 30 mins with no assistance. I dont know what to do anymore.
I like how efficient they are , always willing to go the extra mile for the customer because "the customer is always right".
From buying Mama's pies for years we disappointed with the quality of the pies. I purchased pies from Shoprite and we heat it up and to my surprise I found a piece of foil in the pie itself. That instantly spoiled my appetite. . I was totally disappointed with the steak and kidney pie. We then called Heinz and the customer care lady was very rude. She said the courier would fetch the pie and then they sent us R150 coupon off any Heinz product. The courier comoany never came. We then went to Shop rite and the manager said they couldn't help us. Heinz has to send a rep and come look at it. We were sent back and forth. This is not how a service should be rendered. What should be done in this case.
