They are by far the best moving company we’ve used. We moved from Joburg to Cape Town. They were in constant communication and very accommodating. The people who collect your stuff are the same ones who deliver it, and they treated everything with care and respect. The guys were great! No damage to any of our belongings and everything was delivered. True professionals from consultants to delivery people. Definitely value for money! Would not use anyone else if I move again!
All the positive reviews on here are posted by Jody Birack’s friends. Jody came into our home, made promises, took our money, subcontracted the move to someone else. Then he didn’t pay the subcontractor, the subcontractor refused to deliver our stuff to Cape Town and now we sit with literally nothing. We’ve had to lay criminal charges with the police in hope to get our stuff back.
Service is absolutely terrible. Call Centre doesn’t work, can’t get through to anyone. WhatsApp line takes just under 5 hours to respond, if you’re lucky enough to get a response. Queries don’t get solved and WhatsApp line answers questions as vaguely as possible. I’m also being over charged for gym fees. If I could actually get through to someone I’d cancel my subscription!!!
My deposit was supposed to be paid back within 21 business days, according to their policy. It is now 25 business days later and NOTHING is happening. Customer service is terrible. Had to phone 3 times because the call got cut after holding on for so long. Only to be told they’ll follow up with the bank. Absolutely shocking!
We applied for a bond with FNB, since it’s who we bank with. 1. FNB took 9 business days, where all the other banks took 3 business days max. 2. FNB offered us the second worst rate out off all the major banks, after our personal banker specifically told us to go straight through FNB instead of a broker because we’ll get a better rate. 3. Just over a week later we were sent ANOTHER CLIENT’S application with all their personal details on. This is very concerning, how do I know whether my personal information is being protected and not be distributed to unauthorized 3rd parties?
I had to reinstall their app and since have not had any access to funds because to activate the app you have to go into the branch. To access internet banking you have to access the app. So effectively your account is being held hostage until you can get to a branch. I find this completely unacceptable in this day and age.
I already had 1 tri-action bra, size 36 (light purple) and about a month ago decided to buy another one, also size 36 (navy & orange). Two weeks ago I decided to buy a 3rd one (black) size 36, however it is remarkably smaller than the previous two. I didn't try the black bra on before purchasing it, as I already had recently purchased and already owned size 36 bras that fit. The shop I purchased the bra from doesn't return underwear. I paid R380 for a bra that's the wrong size and I can't wear.
I keep receiving spam mails from Lindsey Saker VW Fourways and I have never used their service, given them my email address or signed up to receive emails from them. The worst part is there is no "unsubscribe" option and despite replaying and asking to be removed from their mailing list, I still receive their spam mails.
My fiancé bought a 6 pack of Hunters dry, but the size of the lip of the bottle has changed and in the process of opening it the glass broke off and severely cut his hand. I was upset about the cut, but he was upset about the beer he had to throw away because it had glass in it. We accept that accidents happen but 2 weeks later I bought a 6 pack of Hunters Extreme and 2 out of the 6 bottles were flat when I opened it. It appears the quality checks on the brand is being neglected.
