I placed an order with Makro online on the 4th and I got confirmation that my order was successful. However it was divided into 4 parts and every day I would get 1 or 2 items delivered out of 20plus items that I had purchased. As if that was not already inconveniencing me, I then get an email 3 days after putting in an order and getting my first delivery saying that some of the items have been cancelled because they're out of stock. I then called their customer care line to try and figure out why was delivery confirmed if what I had bought was out of stock but the agent (Refilwe) I spoke to was not able to assist she the advised me to call the Makro Woodmead. I called the store but I did not get any assistance as I was mad to hold for 10 minutes for them to transfer me to online department.... This is very annoying because every month whenever I buy online I never get my full purchase I always get an email a day before delivering that some of the items have been cancelled because they're out of stock.
I ordered a TV 2 weeks ago but then my order was canceled because apparently it is out of stock. Now my worry is that you guys did not notify payflex so that means I must now pay for something I do not have. I have called the store couple of times but there was no resolution, I even called yesterday and the agent made me hold for more than 5 minutes and then she hung up and didn't even bother to call me back
I am so disappointed with the service I received from Rage at Eyethu Mall, I went to the store on the 15th of December at 9am to buy shoes. However the shoes that I wanted was not the correct size so I asked one of the ladies for assistance and instead of her explaining to me that one of the cashiers will assist she just turned her back on me and went to the back leaving me standing there. When she came back I confronted her saying that am still waiting and that's when she started being rude and shouting at me 😳 the worst part is she didn't even have a name tag on, actually they all didn't have name tags, which made it difficult to identify her by name.
I bought a fan heater from homechoice on 09/07/2023, but then I had to take it back after 2 weeks because it was only blowing out cold air. I have tried countless times to try to get a refund from them with no luck, every time I phone or email them I'm always told that they have escalated my query but they never get back to me.
I ordered a few items online about 2 weeks ago and included in the order was Jacobs Kronung coffee, I got my package within reasonable time however I noticed that the coffee had expired in July. I've been trying to get them to exchange it but no luck I've called and emailed them but they never responded. I also wrote on their website reviews but still no feedback back.
I am very appalled by the level of rudeness and disrespect I received from Shaniel Spadonie, I called in this morning to query the sms I've received regarding the payment of my phone as I was not sure of what's going on as I had already made an EFT payment on the 3rd of June. And instead of her making me understand why I didn't receive an acknowledgement of the payment I made and only receiving a payment reminder she got very impatient and rude to me, when I called her out on that she started screaming at me and told me that I am being rude. In all the years I've been with the company, I've never spoken to someone who's as rude and impatient as Shaniel Spandonie. She doesn't even know me personally, but she had the nerve to refer to me by my first name as if she's speaking to her friend
After writing a review about the company last week I was promised to be called back... I was called but however my phone only rang for less that 20 seconds and then the person hung up, I then sent countless emails requesting to be called back but that hasn't happened and it's been over 5 days now.
Took money from my account and then canceled my subscription after they gave me a new router Calling the customer care is a complete waste of time as am always transferred to an agent who's based in India and can hardly understand what am saying
So last week I called the company because I had an issue with my balance as I was given different balances by MBD and homechoice, I then spoke to the agent by the name of Nolusindiso who was very rude and unprofessional. I even sent them the recordings to prove to them of how I was mistreated but they did not even reply back.
I spoke to Charity Baloyi and she was verry helpful.
