I would like to express my profound disappointment and distress regarding the complete loss of a parcel entrusted to Rhenus Express, which contained an engagement ring valued at over R25,000. the only response I have received to date is a generic “sorry for the inconvenience.” This dismissive reply in no way reflects the gravity of the situation. The irreversible loss of an item of such immense sentimental and monetary value has caused significant emotional pain and distress to both myself and my partner. As a professional courier company, the secure and timely delivery of parcels is the core - and indeed the only - Service you are paid to provide. The fact that an item of this nature could simply “go missing” while in your custody raises serious questions about your processes, procedures, and accountability measures. At this stage, it is unclear whether the parcel was lost through negligence or ******, but either scenario reflects catastrophically on your organization. I hope I never have the displeasure of ever using your company again!
I will NEVER recommend a Bosch product ever again nor will I purchase one. I've been sitting with a broken washing machine since September 2024. The technicians they send out are absolutely useless and do not deserve the money they're paid. The Call Center says someone will be in contact with me, I'm still waiting for call back. The one technician that was sent out said he needed to order a part which took almost 2 months then said the part that needs to be replaced is end of life and they do not manufacturer them anymore. He said he will close the ticket and get head office to contact us for a replacement and then ALL of a sudden he gets this part... its only made our washing machine WORSE. I've tried to contact that technician again and doesn't bother getting back to me. I'm at the brink of throwing this **** away. And the only reply i will probably get here is "someone will be in contact" -- Rather just don't lie and waste my time.
Please get your people to stop phoning me... 6 times in one day, and twice a day since, after constantly telling Etienne that I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE, you should pull your call recordings and listen to how i said I DONT WANT THIS!!! I received a "Free Gift" and I am Happy to send it back, for this company to STOP phoning me!!! Smart how you have many different numbers, so if someone blocks one, no problem you will just call on another number, Guess you dont know what caller ID / True caller is. I WILL NOT ANSWER ANY CALL that comes up as spam or THE BOX FASHION. JUST STOP PHONING ME!
I have removed my previous complaint regarding not receiving my diploma, I have never had an issue with Boston for the past 3 years that i have attended the college, and can truly say that they are an amazing college. I have been in contact with Adeline from Boston Albeton who explained the process of Graduation and receiving my Diploma. Although it is frustrating wait, I do understand.
I finished my Diploma in December of 2021... Since then i have been waiting to receive my diploma. I DO NOT CARE about a graduation nor do i want to attend one, i just want the actual certificate that took me 3 years to get and lots of money as well. What the hell Boston, Just give me my Diploma so i can be done, I have been waiting 4 Months for my diploma and nothing. How hard is it to print out a certificate. After contacting Boston Alberton, i was told that they have not sent out the graduation invites for 2020. This is ridiculous, that we have to wait for a graduation invite to receive a certificate from you. Do i have to wait 2 years for my diploma to be in my hands? DID YOU WAIT 2 years before you took my money for it?? NO
Absolutely ridiculous! I phoned a week ago and was told my cancellation fee was R995 I go there today and its R1500 (quote is valid for 7 days) today is the 7th day yet I am refused to pay R995 which is what I was told?! Please explain how a cancellation fee can go up over R1500 in 7 days?!
