I paid full account in September 2025 and October 2025 but despite emailing proof to telkom the bill i got today still reflects i didn't pay. I lost count of the calls to telkom for help. The staff are useless and transfer you everywhere. Im fed up telkom. Im looking for MTN OR VODACOM TO REPLACE TELKOM ASAP
My car went in for a bumper fix and came back with multiple deep scratches and rear light full of water. They damaged my rear light and scratched my car all over. And they refused to fix ANYTHING. I rate them zero.I WILL NEVER USE THEM IN THIS LIFETIME NOR WILL MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS.
My car went in for bumper repairs to lord dent in PINETOWN but came back with multiple deep scratches and rear light filling with water. Immediately they took car back to polish the scratches without dispute. My rear lights were perfect but they admit removing and replaced lights in fixing bumper. The light filling with water. I contacted the RMI for justice but i am advised BHAVNA is the only one handling matters so even if you feel bias that's it. Why would panelbeaters take car back to REPOLISH deep scratches if they were not responsible for it? Why would panelbeaters agree to instal new light IF I BUY IT if they not responsible? Common sense a primary school child can figure out. Last night i emailed management about Bhavna and her tone warning me to not cc managers. Im a 56 yr old being reprimanded by a youngster.they are for sambra members. Dont waste data and time and effort with RMI. The public word is ignored ...they protect their sambra members.they need knowledgeable staff. This lady takes anything panelbeaters say and ignores our input.STOP PROTECTING SAMBRA MEMBERS AND HEAR THE PUBLIC ...i give you zero rating/stars
Try calling ....poorest service delivery. They actually cut calls while you talking. No management overlooking the circus they running.i am fed up of the staff who are useless.

THEY ARE IN MY OPINION A BUNCH OF ******...TACTIC IS FIX THIS BREAK THAT AND CLAIM AGAIN FROM INSURANCE. I AM BEGGING YOU DONT FALL INTO THE TRAP. TAKE YOUR CAR TO DURBAN PANEL BEATERS WHO I NORMALLY USE FOR THE BEST WORKMANSHIP AND EXPERIENCE. .
Discovery insurance for home and car...ARE AND HAVING BEEN DOING TO ME THE LAST 3 DAYS.....KEEP FAR AWAY FROM DISCOVERY INSURE PLEASE. THEY DON'T RETURN CALLS. THEY DON'T CARE . THEY PUT YOU ON HOLD FOR OVER 30 MINUTES. THEY ARE A TERRIBLE BUNCH OF STAFF. NOT A SINGLE PERSON THERE IS HELPFUL AT ALL. ESCALATING THE PROBLEM IS USELESS TOO. NOBODY REPLIES TO EMAILS. I HAVE NO WORDS TO EXPRESS HOW REGRETFUL I AM WITH DISCOVERY INSURE SO I'M PUTTING THIS OUT SO OTHERS DON'T THINK IT'S A HUGE COMPANY AND WELL KNOWN AND ALL WILL BE WELL. Worst store to shop at. Always overcharging customers. Its shocking how many times overcharge or charge for more tgan the items you.buy. The staff is ****** esp Moola. No compensation for making you drive back thereccoz their *********** staff messes up. Please beforevyou pay check your nit being **********. I been ********** 3 times.When you call to complain you can hear them in the background insulting u. They put you on hold for 30 minutes. What a horrible store...
You go there at your own risk. Today the money market underpaid me a whole R1000.....i swear its shocking. Either they are offline or they dont care about customers but its quite horrible. I wont be going there again....i hate checkers ....

If you want to be ignored....given the run around or just treated like you are irrelevant then join discovery insure and have Dominic Madlala and Ephraim handle your claim. What a useless pair. They dont call nor do they reply emails.i am disgusted. Since December last year im going through hell with discovery insure. I have all the emails and print out of hundreds of calls to discovery but they are either deliberately prolonging this or they just useless.THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU JOIN DISCOVERY INSURE AND END UP IN MY PREDICAMENT PLEASE.
