Air BnB have suspended payments to me for my accommodation that is listed on there site. The premises is listed in a trust, I have had this operational for a couple of years now. They say I must produce my Trust Deed, I do not have this its at my Attorneys. I have however given them proof from SARS that the trust is registered with the IT number , they still refuse to release my payments, this is basically theft, they are withholding my funds and earning interest at the same time.. You cannot speak to a actual human being, there is no option to do so, its telephonic automated generated responses or responses on the App itself, saying the exact same thing everytime, so also computer generated. They say you can email them but there is no email address anywhere on there site.
I had a urgent delivery requirement from Port Elizabeth to East London. It was collected on Monday, it's now Thursday and it's not in East London yet. A telephonic discussion promised 12pm to 1pm. They now say 3:30pm. So I have lost 2 days of production and had to pay wages due to this ***********s. I will never recommend or use them again.
I am still waiting for my purchase almost 2 months now, the tracking just doesn't move, it apparently landed at the destination country about a month ago, still nothing delivered, I wonder if this whole service is just a ****
I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 months now, you can't get hold of them on the phone unless you are willing to hold on for a hour. I tried once and that was useless as they couldn't give me any answers, just told me to wait 20days for a tracking number, I don't have a tracking number or my purchases...
My daughter's phone was stolen. It on my account so i have to do the blacklisting. Its impossible to do so. Hours on the phone and you speak to nobody. Try phoning the branches, no response. Go to the branch and they say you have to phone the call center and they also say the branches dont have direct lines. ( on line search says they do have direct lines) so basically they are giving the criminals a head start when they steal your phone. Two days now and i cant get through to the call center.. the phone must already be in Nigeria by now..
Internet connection goes down continuously. Two days now and no internet. Totally impossible to contact them on the number they give you.. Zero response with a human being from their side only automated emal responses.
I have been battling with Absa Banks Bussiness Banking devision to FICA my Trust account for over a month now, it's approaching two months since I first made contact with the so called Bussiness Banker. I cannot transact out of my account to pay anyone, it seems either a lack of knowledge or a just no care attitude. I am on the verge of closing my accounts with them. Service is lacking in a bad way..
six weeks now and i do not have a router, Openserve connected the fibre line that I had to install from the pole to inside my house and i still dont have a router, there is absolutely no response from any of the three options to contact them, i have cancelled my previous service provider so from monday the 1st March i and by home office will not be able to operate... worst service ever and this is even before i get my connection...
I purchased a 5kva inverter from them, it was used for a power backup system, after a few months I fitted the solar panels (I am a qualified electrician and I have completed an accredited Solar Power Installation Course). At this point the inverter went faulty, it was not charging correctly, I thought it was the batteries that were faulty so I replaced them and this carried on. Eventually after a lot of arguments I took it off the wall and returned it. They said they would repair it, it came back after a few weeks and it was not repaired as it did exactly the same thing. I took it back again and after another long wait they returned it. I didn't re~install it, until recently and the first loadshedding we had it once again failed to work. They refuse to replace it or refund it, they say I must bring it back again for repairs..
My order has been lying at there Depot since 18 May, can't get hold of them on the telephone numbers supplied...
