Hi have been struggling to get hold of Eskom travel accounting as we have a guesthouse that we want to list it on Eskom database or in Cliqit system. I have sent the email vendormdm@eskom.co.za. I am so frustrated with the poor service i am recieving from Jeshika at Gezina branch as my business account has been blocked since last week friday till current, My Banker Jeshika she needed me to send source of funds documents and i have send two contract from NSFAS that i have a student accommodation and the contract from booking.com together with the monthly statement of the booking.com contract but even now my account is still locked. Last time i recieved confirmation that my account is no longer on lock up until my card declined at the petrol station all to find out that the business profile is still on lock up level. This is so frustrating as the bank will never even call you so you can explain to her. Please i need someone who can assist me and last please move my business account from Jeshika Personally i feel like Jeshika she doesn't care as after my card declined at the garage Tuesday i did send email that my profile is still locked and today i have ask her to call me so i can explain but still she didnt call while she knows the status of my account. name of my Business Mthiyza Property Account number 061128813
Because he works for a larger company, I trusted Oak Papiki, an employee of the Renault Fourways branch, when he called during business hours with office number 011 300 7400 to reserve accommodation for his brother in Hartess and promise to pay the next day. I am really disappointed in Oak Papiki because he is not a trustworthy individual, and I made accommodations for his brother in the hopes of getting Payment but till this time he hasn’t pay
A very useless company which just need to be closed down. I receive my router for the past 4 days till now it’s not connecting and when you try to call they support team first you wait for an hour for your call to be answered then after the same stupid consultant will transfer to call and no one will answer your call
I am unhappy with the bad service provider by whitfields as I talk to Karen Davids who administered in placing my wife with a judgment as we were behind with levies at Laura’s place, then after we have manage to fully paid the outstanding levies she or the company don’t want to remove the judgment which they send us to transUnion and now they want me to call the transUnion and Experian report department which I’ve been struggling to get hold of them
Bad service ever. I talk to Karen Davids who’s managing my account at Laura’s place which she followed the right procedure on placing my Wife with Judgment on TransUnion and Experian report due to outstanding levies at Laura’s Place but when we fully paid the Levies the company or Karen Davids she doesn’t want to apply the same procedure and remove the judgment.
Never subscribe with these SCAM company (Rain) which use your card number as they know very well that you cannot cancel or reverse debit order from the bank. The reason why i cancel my service with them on 2020 is base on the fact that theres no service you can get from them, their internet it doesn't connect efficient. -Today they have process an unauthorize payment from my account which the bank cannot reverse it as ive used my bank card number plus ccv number which is their only option subscribed to them, i call them and and explain that last time i used Rain it was 2020 and on the 05 April 2022 they have process the unauthorize payment which im asking the consultant to reverse it as im no using their interment and the consultant refuse to reverse the payment and said i haven't cancel my service with them. Please never ever subscribe to rain
I bought the cellphone cover and the gentleman who help me advise that if it give me problem in future I must bring back the cell cover. Today I’ve decided to bring it back as they sell poor quality product the lady who assisted me couldn’t replace as she said the product which was sold to me is not supply by Their stores which I wasn’t helped
Useless company that I subscribe for LTE which I’ve received the router plus SIM card on the 28 September till now the SIM card is not yet activated. I have call their services consultant with no help at all. EXTREMELY POOR POOR SERVICE
