Its been very good to me they have never dissapoint me like other service and insurance , I value them and recomment them well to others
I had worst experience i dont have any connection now its been three weeks their call centre not working after 5 minute line cut -off im still waiting for sales
On the 21 September 2020 During the day, I was washing my Car at home with son 2yrs old boy he locked himself in the car, I managed to call king price Nobukosibake Magwa was really helpful, she did call locksmith immediately they responded within no time ,I would like to to thank her for the service I received and also King Price as my service provided Thank you.
I ordered an comforters they were on special they where ranging around R1000. 00 or so, they send me the wrong order i called an communicated on whatsapp they said they will send some one to collect the order, I waited and nothing happened then only after 2 years around last year October they phoned me they ask when am i going to pay, I ask pay what ? s they have not received your order, i was suprise it means they are running their company or brand like ****a shop if they keep record they will, know what is happening now i have been receiving calls from credit collectors demanding payment from me, before the lock-down i was tired of this calls i went to their branch in JHB in Rissik they couldn't take it, they told me of 14 days stories or policy , how ever its their product i then went one post office they told they don''t open their doors the box its too big to fit on the windowand another one they said their scanner is not working they told to try posnet trying send back the order i called their contact centre and relevant source no one wanted to take responsibility they told me to go to post office where i was send from pillar to post so , i think its best if they send their courier guy as it was delivered then it must return the same way
I am having tyre's and mags Rims insured with Oakhurst that i nearly forgot about it as the premium is R96.00 i had a double puncture three weeks ago as i was in a harry i bought tyres from tyres shop Pick a tyres and install them immediately i then later after i realized that i have them insured with Oakhurst now they want picture of old tryes that retailer took when i exchange tyres of which i dont have i went back to the retailer after few days the tyres weher no wher to found as they sell them to street vendors as wells i gave them the proof of purchase the say they wont pay me for those lost tyres how is that on earth happening i was paying my premium .
Firstly i would start with the query/ claim i made to them i reported a roof leakage and geyser leakage they quote me for R5600.00 SO they told i must pay R2800.00 access for each fault and mind you im a client and paying every month the debit my account almost R600.00, can you Imagine that frustration they send this other contractors by the name 24fixed a brand new geyser in builder is not even R2800, im lost my trust in you guys you treating us as if we are your cash cows. Secondly Price review im not happy at all with what im paying now it seem as if im paying maintenance for a child or loan shark from 450. to 560 that much please please no this have to stop it cant be like this not now or ever . Thirdly or lastly my nephew had an accident with this other old man who bounce my car front the police came and do the report, the perpetrator told the police that he could not see well because the son was so shinny on his side thats he did not see the car coming that is close , the when his insurance of which is Outsurance called him he told them he stopped on the stop sign the was no car coming , and what a lie thee is no stop sign there for him he need to yield and make sure there is no car coming then he decide to enter there was the car trouble begin he does not have right of way to enter the road the police statement says he is wrong or guilty now the guy by the name of Sithembiso Letsoalo from Outsurance says he cant talk to police as the witness on the scene and he does not need any proof from them they have their judgmental style there by outsurance we are wrong not their client actually he even told me i was suppose to pay , they will protect their even in any further or legal cost /charge , im lost hopeless from this insurance if is the way you are willing to behave and tread us further more he never seems to care from the beginning he promise to call me never called i have to be the one who phone and e-mail him
I was having car insurance with them Oakhurst i did cancel it, and this month there was and debit order on my account from BADGERADM NETO ********** INS PREM ********** 16 R137.00 deducted , I did ask them they said i have sign 36 month contract with Altech Netstar even thou i cancelled the contract with it still continue on the other side which is tracker, when i took an isurance with they told me about smartbox need to be installed in my car i refuse they said they wont insure unless i install that now im 36 month contract with tracking device netstar unaware they said i was made aware when i agree to their terms please help im confused.
